Decent-sized and quiet rooms and very pleasant and accommodating staff, but the experience is spoiled a little by very minor things such as the fact that there is only sufficient coffee supplied to allow you to have a "welcome" drink of coffee on day one. Extreme parsimony like this is counter-productive to customer satisfaction, as is the fact that the small (and quite attractive) restaurant is not open for breakfast until after 8am, so its just tough luck if you are looking for an early morning coffee.

This hotel could be vastly improved with just a few additional touches (and a bit of a tweak of the internet service, which drops in and out intermittently and way too often).

La Teresita Hotel is a nice little hotel, located a short walk from Fields Ave and Walking St. Being back from the main road, you are not affected by road noise in your room. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, but they do not do money exchange if you like to bring foreign currency. Rooms are very nice, but internet can be a little slow. Aircons are also slightly older models and a little bit nosier than I would have preferred. If you choose to bring a lady back to your room, be warned that the staff will not allow her to leave without your consent, so make sure you wait in your room until reception calls you. On a side note, don't wear expensive jewellery out as it may be snatched by a passing bike rider. Overall this is a great little hotel and I recommend staying.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Still looks new and clean since my previous stay 8 months ago. I was there early before the check in time and they politely ask me to wait for awhile so that they can get my room ready. Within the next 10 mins, my room was ready and they handed me my room card key. Great staff.

Stayed in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Room is spacious and clean. They have in room safe, mini bar & coffee making facilities. 32" LCD/LED TV with around 100 channels. Quiet & cool remote controlled air conditioning. No dining table but have a console table with chair. Wifi was good. Bed was a little hard but that's fine with me. Bathroom was clean but not too spacious at the shower area. Have cold & hot shower but the hot water was not so hot. Water pressure was not very good but still ok.

It's a 4 storey hotel with elevator and a swimming pool. 1 & 2 bedroom villas next to pool. Small restaurant on the ground floor but I didn't give it a try. Friendly and polite staff. Security guard at door 24/7. The hotel is 3 streets from the main road but it is just a 3 mins walk to the main road. Although the road is not brightly lit, I have no problem & feel safe walking to/from the hotel at night. 7-11, Jollibee, money changers, drug store, etc is just 5 mins walk away.

Was given 2 small bottles of drinking water as welcome drink. Suggest they should provide it daily. Did see some improvement from my previous stay especially house keeping. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

This hotel is located not far from main street, easily access to the most happening area in Angeles city. Just a 5 mins or less walk to the main road. Yet, u can have a quiet and peaceful dream, won't encounter the problem of noisy music to disturb your dream. Most of the bar and club open till 5am, thus, this would be a good choice.

Teresita is very new, so everything works and the place is kept meticulously clean. The location is unbeatable, a short walk to the art galleries..., I mean the bars. ;-) It's on a quiet side street, which makes a nice change from the 24-hour craziness on Field Avenue and the noisy motorbikes and trikes on busier side streets. The management is very friendly and welcoming, though slow to respond to a problem with an air-conditioner and a locked room safe. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable (if squeaky) bed, a closet, a working desk with good wifi, and a spacious bathroom. The pool is surprisingly spacious. Service in the attached restaurant is very slow, and the menu includes a small selection of fatty, sugary local dishes and predictable international (i.e., mostly US) favorites. But no one comes to the Philippines for the food. :-( If you value space, consider the older villas across the pool, which give you a downstairs living room and an upstairs bedroom for only PHP 150 more than a standard room in the newer building.

Room Tip: The starting price is really PHP 1,350. Teresita advertises a PHP 1,250 rate but only one room is av...

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It was a really good choice. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
It's in a quiet street close from everything you need if you are here to enjoy the nightlife and to do some shopping.
Walking at night back to the hotel is not a problem, I've never felt unsecure.
I will never stay in another hotel in Angeles City unless I want a luxury hotel as ABC or Lewis.

Wow...wat for a schock during my last stay in Angeles :-O
I was looking for a budget hotel in Balibago, as I was not completely satisfied by my experience at Devera (too noisy!!!), and I found out this real gem the last day.
New hotel 2012 with in my opinion the best layout at this price range and perfect position very near to all amenities and fields avenue (2-5min walk) but in a very quite street so that sleep quality is perfect.
Price range from 1250 up to 2500 pesos for very modern rooms (just take a look to the pics), with adequate sizes and amenities and very nice and clean bathroom.
Even you get a small pool for relax with bar, good WIFI connection, smiling & helpful staff.
So wat else?...highly recommended for quality/prices!!!!!!!!
