Pros:
1. Free WIFI worked well.
2. Free Breakfast - Korean style Buffet with a good American style BF per request.
3. Very Comfortable bed, I slept pretty well even with the noise from the wall AC unit.
I slept better than I did staying at the Lewis Grand Hotel ( 2nd flr rooms had a lot of noise coming from the bar / pool area until 2 am in the morning – not good for a 3.5 star hotel)
4. Hotel Staff (Front Desk Clerk / Restaurant Staff / Maid Service / 24 hr Security + Doorman) was Professional and Polite; a week later I was offered to move to another room when I talked to another hotel staff member about being unpleased with the run down condition of my room (booked 19 days.)

Cons:
At Check-In, My first / second assigned room looked pretty run down; like I should be paying for the room per hour. I went back to the front desk to talk to a Korean Manager – he told me that I was getting the standard room that I paid (discount) for on the internet. I asked about paying for an upgrade to a better room and he told me that an upgrade would cost me too much money – no changes. I thought the Manager’s attitude was rude and unprofessional to assume I could not afford my upgrade request. I accepted the 3rd room that was less run down but still not kept up very well. I later found out that there were newly renovated standard rooms available in the hotel. For some reason I just wasn’t a valuable enough customer to be assigned one by the Manager in charge the night I check-in. I would have cancelled my stay at this hotel except I had already paid online and it was too late to get my money back.

1. While the 2nd floor room was a good size with a fringe/sink + counter top/TV, it had nonfunctional furniture other then the bed. No desk / table or chair for using my lab top. A coffee table and wicker stool did not work well for me. Room location was near the stair and where the 24 hr cleaning personnel hung out when they were not cleaning any rooms; noise and traffic all the time.
2. Décor of the room was plain (small window that provide very little light to the room); it seem more like a cave. The walls were cracked and needed to be painted. Overall condition of the hotel is sort of run down, but I guess some renovations are happening at this time.
3. Wall A/C had a humming sound 24/7.
4. No Balcony, Hair dryer, Iron / ironing board, coffee pot or standing lamp even thought it was listed on a room inventory sheet.
5. Room door only had a knob lock to secure the room.

I have seen non Korean customers staying here. Hotel Management needs to stop acting like it just the Korean customers they should only be polite / cater too and provide good customer service to all their customers. I found other hotels in the area with comparable rates and better room accommodations.

I will never stay at this hotel again even though it provided good services in other areas; the room and Manager attitude was totally Unacceptable for me.

Other people might have a better experience then me but I suggest you shop around for a better hotel.

This hotel run by Koreans and mainly for Koreans who come to the Philippines to play golf. However there are Malaysians (promoted through AirAsiaGo), Americans and locals who stay there, too. Complimentary breakfast is mostly Korean food, try it out as I did for four mornings and surprisingly liked it. Plus points for free shuttle to town (about 3 kms) and free computer with internet at the lobby.

The hotel is near to town center around 15 min walk but doesn't feel safe to walk in the evening or night time, they do have shuttle all day but you need to reserve with the reception. The pool is not maintained whcih the water is cloudy for a cool relax swim, mostly Koreans stays here which the breakfast buffet is totally to their taste. Room I had was a standard but just for all knowledge that standard room only comes with a King bed. A twin rooms will cost you more. They have a sex channel for TV in the room whcih run for 24/7 wouldn't be nice if you have family members with you. Drinks are cheap in the pool bar below. Standard room do not have safe box and if you do need your room to be you have to leave your key at reception or your room might not be clean.
