I walked in off the street one day and asked for tariff prices - they had a promo on so I booked a deluxe room - all is good and room is fine, except small bathroom. Extended stay but need to stay in a different room - well, the difference between Smoking and Non Smoking is the stench. Being a non smoker, I couldn't stay in the allocated room so was upgraded (at my expense) to the Jacuzzi room which was 'nice', larger and a two person jacuzzi - a waste really. Went travelling and returned to the hotel in a deluxe room. Rooms are fine, good size beds, good linen, mini bar etc and a great shower head with good water pressure - in small bathrooms.
One problem - the lift bell needs to be turned down in volume as you hear it all the time. Can be annoying.
Good hotel on a busy road close to the action.
Reception staff are some of the friendliest hotel people you'll meet.
Restaurant on D level, is worth a try for breakfast - good views over SM Mall. Can get windy.

Room Tip: Try ands stay in rear rooms as you can hear the road noise in front rooms.

I stayed in this hotel one night as my flight from Clark to Bangkok was cancelled. Rooms look nice but nothing special. Checked in late afternoon and all seemed fine until I saw a coachroach. Killed it and thought nothing more about it.
Stepping out of the shower that night there must have been 8 or 10 of the small black type on the floor of the bathroom.

Back in the room, more cockroaches! I have never seen more cockroaches in a hotel anywhere in SE Asia.

As for the town it is full of lots more filthy vermin of the sex tourist variety. Unless you are a sex tourist who is at home with cockroaches, stay in another city!!!

Room Tip: Another city far from here

I am a regular visitor to this hotel, and cannot fault the staff, Promptly collected from the airport and whisked to the hotel , check in is quick and easy. Following earlier reviews which highlighted the limited restaurant opening times, the good news is the restaurant is now open later at weekends which is great.
Overall this is one of the best hotels in Angeles and has the best staff, who take care of you.

The staff were absolutely friendly and provided great service from the doorman, the front desk staff, the restaurant upstairs to the cleaners. Everyone was polite and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

A major reccommendation that I would make would be to book directly through them at their website versus booking through agoda or any other website. Joyce, their bookings manager, was prompt in responding to reservations requests; in addition, they provide you with discounts not mentioned in any website. Their location is not directly on walking street but it certainly helps in allowing you to sleep when you actuly need it. Some rooms don't have windows that look directly outside but this actually helps when you need to sleep.

The restaurant on the top floor has a grand view; however, the food is not exceptional. Drinks and food are moderately priced and service is excellent.

Recommending this place is easy and I would stay there again on a future visit but would opt to choose a larger room rather than a standard room.

Stayed here for a week during Christmas. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

Room was small but only needed it for sleeping. Bathroom was super small, but the price was right.

Ate one time at the restaurant which was not very good. The view was the best part. Ate at ABC on Christmas which was very close.

Will definitely stay here again.

Our flight was delayed by an hour but we have booked for a airport transfer with the hotel for PHP400 and the hotel staff was there waiting for us. Location of the hotel is good as SM Mall is within few minutes of walking nearby. Jeepney terminal is in front of the hotel and trikes easily available too.

We took the standard room for a night stay and we are pleased with it. It may be small but hey, we just need a night sleep and it's comfortable. Our room was with a window to the side (not facing the main road) and it's not noisy. Only downside was the bathroom - with no space to put your toiletries and also the mirror that has long streak of spots on it - including the mirror in the room. Staffs are friendly in this hotel and they kept greeting you whenever they see you with a smile.

We checked out on the next day and we took/experienced a trike ride (PHP100) from the jeepney terminal in front of the hotel to Dau terminal for a coach trip to Manila. We paid PHP150/pax for the coach to Manila and we asked to be dropped off near Cybergate Plaza.

The promotion price offered by the hotel is cheaper than booking thru' some hotels booking websites, so you may try to look up into the hotel website for the promotion rates.

Room Tip: Prefer the room with window facing the side as not noisy.

A nice little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in an executive room.

Food: Room service/Restaurant food was a little average, so we tended to go out for food a lot. ABC hotel is right next door and they have a fantastic restaurant. If you do order from the restaurant, the staff are very efficient and it will arrive post haste.

Room: Rooms were nice and the price was very reasonable. Good sized TV's with a fairly good selection of stations available. Internet speed was pretty good. Housekeeping was very prompt once the clean room sign was put out. Bathroom is a little small, containing a combined shower/bathtub with poor water pressure and a very small washing basin (Not enough room for toiletries, electric razor etc). Biggest problem I had with the room was its closeness to the street. The hotel is not very soundproof and street noise (especially the noise of motorbikes) occasionally kept me awake.

Location: Handy location on Field's Ave, with walking street and the SM mall just a few minutes away. Hundreds of trikes right outside your door to take you to wherever you want to go.
