hotel was nice, clean. Restaurant in the hotel was also very nice, staff at the restaurant was very helpful, food was very tasty. However I need to say 2 bad things about this hotel. Firstly, room was too dark, even in the sunny afternoon, room was very dark. Secondly, manager at the hotel was not very nice, in terms of attitude. There was a problem of Wifi, Wifi didn't work, but the manager didn't admit that is the problem of their hotel. He insisted it's everywhere in the Hunza, also in other hotel but we went to Hilltop hotel near there and found Wifi is working really well there. After that we went back to this hotel and told them we will move out to Hilltop hotel, still at that time the manager's attitude was not good. However reception staff who is crippling is very helpful and nice. Overall we didn't like this hotel. We paid 2,000 rupee for deluxe room. Bargain hard.
