This hotel is a winner «Traveller's Choice® 2013»! It's nonsense I suppose... and as I see, many people are glad to stay here, but I have another opinion. I just say you - what I have faced here and you decide - am I write or wrong.
We are 4 people, stayed 2 nights in deluxe room.
*) No wi-fi. At all. Absolutely. No in the room, no in the restaurant. So if it's ok for you, if 1 or 2 times a day you are lucky to visit your email, so you will by satisfied. But if you are really want to use wi-fi here - just forget about it. I have told to the staff that it's almost no connection, and they can not do something. Nobody came to me to check - is it OK or not. This is negligence or rudeness, decide yourself. Overall, I just once or twice have an opportunity to serf in internet.
*) Light!! It's not light. It's torture. Only 1 VERY dim lamp on the ceiling and only 1 VERY dim lamp above my kingside bed. It's impossible to read, it's impossible just to see - which my friend is in opposite corner of my room! The only place when I can read book - toilet. But I'm sorry, I'm human being, not a pig to live in toilet.

*) Door in both our room are not closed whiteout using lock - there is big gap between two parts of the door. And when we are leaving the room, even the small child could open it with one push. Ans of course they are not responsible etc.
*) No bathtub.
*) No fridge (it's very hot climate there)
*) The main road from the entry to the restaurant new sea is going very close to rooms, maybe 2 meters maximum. So everybody could look inside my room (and the stuff sometimes did it), and too much noise. So I must to close even in day time all the curtains and sit here in dark cave.
*) I have heard every word said in neighbor room. Is it OK?
*) No kettle in the room
*) There are two desk in the room. Good? No way. First one is VERY narrow - it's impossible even to put my laptop. Second one is very small round and shaky.
OK, now about restaurant.
*) Menu is not very poor, but the food is not tasty. Yes, I can compare, so it's not tasty.
*) One day we had at the breakfast the toasts with mold!! Thanks a lot.
*) The walls are dirty and almost ruined, covered with spiders web.
*) NO FAN!
*) Chairs has no armrest, so it's not comfortable. Tile on the floor is ugly.
*) They have a "Whole duck" in menu - costs 200.000 rupees, and supposed to 2 person. OK, we ordered 2... It turned out, that duck is VERY tiny, hardly enough for 1...More
