My family and I stayed at this resort for a week. When we arrived, it certainly looked hip and has its own young, vibrant, distinct character. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor.
Firstly, the two bedrooms was a very spacious room, which was complimented with an interesting artistic décor that befits the theme of the hotel. A welcomed change over the hotel room norm. But do not be fooled by this. The rooms were very comfortable, has a choice of pillows, for once me and my partner slept very comfortably each night we stayed here. The kids loved their room too and bedtime wasn’t a chore at all, as they were quite happy just hanging out in their room.
The kitchen had a small fridge which had some complimentary packets of chips and drinks and a microwave, very useful for those takeaway meals to be enjoyed later.
The restaurant has to be one of the main charms of this property. The food here is consistently great, we have not had a bad meal here at all! Breakfast here each morning was one of the highlights of my stay, with a very extensive menu and quite reasonably priced! Its always nice to be greeted by the kitchen staff on the way in and out.
The pool was used daily by m family and the kids loved it. The kabana chairs were very comfy and one could easily laze around for hours, just with a good book and a telephone call away for refreshments! If you were expecting a pool bar, then you would be disappointed, however, this arrangement suited me fine for my family.
