For our last trip in Oct 2012, we picked Bali as our destination to try something new and we had been to quite a few places in Asia already.
It was not easy to find a hotel or resort to stay in Bali because there were simply too many! We were looking for a hotel which was good value for money, not necessary the top luxury or budget one. And we were glad to have chose this hotel.
First we were picked up by the hotel car from the busy Denpasar airport. After stuck in traffic, we finally arrived the hotel in late evening.
As a courtesy of our special occasion, we were upgraded to one bedroom villa which was recently refurbished. This looked much newer than those pictures saw online. Once entering the room, first we could see was living room which was linked to open private pool. The good thing about this was that we could swim anytime we like!
Romantic set up with rose petals were placed in bedroom which was a nice touch. A heart-shaped cake was also sent to our room as amenity.
We had pre-ordered breakfast to be sent to room, though it was just “okay”, it was a bit cold and taste was average.
The hotel was conveniently located and within walking distance to various must-go spots like Ku-de-ta and Potato Head. It also offered free shuttle service to beaches nearby. There was a massage place called Body Works which I would also recommend to try.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel stay and would also recommend those to try if you had limited budget but wanted to have a relaxing room with private pool in Seminyak area.

Room Tip: Ask for those rooms which were newly refurbished to get the best out of it.

the prahda is the 5th villa we have stayed at in bali and was very good. Some of the others had hard beds but pradha had comfy beds. The only fault we found were the breakfasts.
It is close to the beach, eat street where all the restaurants are and the staff were very friendly and professional.
we weren`t happy with the first villa due to road noise, it wasn`t a problem to move us.
It felt safe we always saw security around.

Room Tip: go for a 1 bedroom with the other bedroom locked. Cheaper than 1 bedroom not as nice but heaps more...

We stayed in these villas for my partners birthday in October 2012.
We both had an amazing time and didn't expect the villa to be as huge as it was. The pool is fantastic, clean and enormous. The layout is great and its a perfect place to escape the midday heat of Bali.
At night it's close to all the great bars and restaurants of seminyak.

All in all I would return in a heartbeat and I would strongly recommend to others.

Pradha Villa was a beautiful place to stay in. It was huge and lovely- great location too. A 2 minute walk to the main shops and best restaurants. I would definitely recommend another stay there: except for the customer service. Staff were never on time (for breakfast, cleaning, spa treatments, everything) and were overall not very friendly. But overall- pretty good!

My sister and I stayed at Pradha Villas for 1 week. It was just wonderful.. So close to everything we needed, but it was still very quiet. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I look forward to going back. Thanks Pradha for a lovely holiday. Yany

We had the opportunity to stay at PradHa Villas in December 2012. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas (with one room locked). The benefits of this arrangement is that you get a MASSIVE Villa for the price of a much smaller one.

PraHda is located right between Bodyworks and Grocer and Grind, meaning that if you weren't too keen on scooter-ing around, you could walk to many of the Seminyak attractions without a hassle at all! We did have scooters and were able to park them right outside out Villa door, making it easy to duck out for a spot of shopping or coffee. Scooters through the Villa are about $5 a day, or just outside the Villa's side entry is a rental place where we got ours for $3.50 a day.

Breakfasts were included, and were absolutely perfect to get you going for the day. The privacy of the Villas was wonderful too. The only noise you could hear was the rooster next door who woke you of a morning! There's a stack of construction happening right around Seminyak at the moment but PradHa is totally unaffected by this, making it a great find.

Design wise they were smart. The sun beds get full sun from 8am till sundown. So you can tan till your hearts content, or move them back to the grassed area under the shade if you start to smell the burn! hehe. The 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the villa, meaning once you close your room doors, you are in total privacy and can't hear a thing (if you catch my drift!).

No hesitations in going back!!

Enjoy!

Jules

Room Tip: We had Villa 10 (right at the end). I felt totally isolated in the middle of Seminyak! Loved it.

We really enjoyed the Pradha Villas. The villa itself (one of the older 2 bedrooms villas with one room locked as we'd only booked a one bedroom) we really liked, had a lovely 'tropical oasis' feel. The newer one bedroom villas are very fancy, but we thought they were so good that they ironically felt more like being in a 5 star Australian hotel rather than Bali...The service is very good and the villa is very close to Seminyak shops, Grocer and Grind etc. My only slight hesitation is that it is not inexpensive and the food quality of the dinner room service menu is a little average. Having said that we really enjoyed it here and we'll happily be back.
