Our flight was delayed on Monday, and so we were fortunate to squeeze in one more dinner before flying home, and we chose to dine at Urchin. We had mixed sashimi and scallops for our entrees. Scallops were cooked perfectly, and their flavour shone through with the simple accompaniments on the plate. The sashimi was fresh, delicious and just the right temperature. We then had prawns and snapper. The crisp skin on the snapper was divine, and the prawns were simply prepared, perfectly cooked and tasty.
The food here is beautifully prepared, and not overly fussy , so you can taste all the wonderful seafood flavors. Our desserts too, were fresh and light, the perfect finish to a fab meal. Attentive service and a great vibe in the restaurant. We will be back!
