I stayed in that wonderful place for 5 days and I wish I could have stayed longer.
This villa is centrally located and and offers the best access to shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished-the pool in the right size to enjoy. The kitchen is very well equipped.
My overall impression is that this was the best staying for a short trip I had so far.
For sure I will come back again. Great spot.
The wonderful thing about this place, being in the centre of all local amenities, is that you can come home, close the doors and completely forget the rest of the world exists.
My 11 year old son spent endless hours playing in the pool and the 20 year old had all the local hot-spots on the doorstep so he was happy too!
There's a lady (Komang) who comes to the house every day to clean up and she will if you want make you a fresh fruit salad every morning ! She is happy to go to the local bakery to collect fresh croissants and French baguette and the most wonderful local and freshly made pastries. There is also a nightwatchman who you can send off to pick up takeaway if you feel like to stay home and not cook.
I was able to work away from home (I'd travelled from London) - the wifi worked ! It's not the fastest in the world but hey ho not every where do you get to wake up to the sound of tropical birds singing and kids quiet and happy because the property has plenty of space to allow privacy for the whole family. Everybody can come together in the main living area and the bedrooms are far enough away from each other to allow privacy -its great!
Local restaurants - fantastic. You can call in a local massage lady who will come to the villa. There's a hairdresser right on the corner as you leave the property if you want to get your hair done for the evening.
The villa is clean and airy and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook for a whole family and entertain more people if you want to.
No problems at all with the booking or the management - all very easy and they offered some great advice about getting out and about. Don't miss going to Sundays Beach Club ! Unforgettable.
The location of this villa is great if you want to be close to shops and restaurants in the Seminyak eat street area. The entrance is through a garage (not very glamorous!) and the villa itself is fine for a family stay (although the bedrooms are apart from each other so that may be an issue with young children). Sparsely decorated with the basics, it is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. There is security at night and a maid each day to clean. Both were very friendly and helpful.
We had an issue where there was no water for some reason for most of the day but staff did their best to fix the problem and were on to it quickly.
There is a TV in each bedroom however the reception in one of the bedrooms was really bad, so that TV was only good for watching DVDs. It would have been good to have a TV in the living area as well.
The pool was the only let down for us - some of the tiles are badly broken and need replacing, the overhanging trees (while beautiful) drop a lot of leaves into the water and although these were removed daily, the pool looked green/murky and uninviting during our stay, so we only swam once in 5 days unfortunately.
This villa is not fancy in any way (if you are looking for 'wow' factor, stylish decor or traditional Balinese style, look elsewhere) but it is conveniently located, spacious and comfortable, so it is good value overall.
This villa was in a great location. It was clean and tidy upon arrival, and management were extremely flexible when it came to arranging late arrivals, late checkouts etc. 10/10 would stay again
Great location, helpful staff, walking distance to all the good restaurants and yet tucked away in a quiet lane away from the hectic traffic and loud noise.
