I stayed for 3N in mid March with my wife & 2 young children. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The kids liked the small pool, which was surprisingly warm. The layout of the 2BR villa is squarish & had all the needed amenities, including a mini hifi.

There was a choice of daily breakfast prepared by the staff every morning in the villa. I liked the banana pancakes & my kids liked the mee goreng.

The laundry price list was very affordable so i sent a truckload of laundry, which came back nicely packed and fresh.

The owner was very friendly & service oriented. After I checked out and left for the airport, I realised I had left a small painting that I bought. The owner ensured that it was eventually sent to me through my friends who were still in Bali.

If you are looking for a quiet villa, close enough to Seminyak but not right smack in the chaos, Sandi Agung presents itself as a good value option with good service staff & a friendly owner.

After going through the many reviews, we settled for Sandi Agung for our 2nd visit to Bali. It turned out to be the right choice. Though not the most convenient of choice, it was not that bad as there is always the ever ready staff to bring us to nearby shops and restaurants. I must comment the staff for their effort, dedication and sincerity in taking care of us during our 3 nights stay.

We will recommend friends to stay at Sandi Agung should they visit Bali. We will definitely be back.

Villa: The place is great for family with lots of privacy. Plenty of space to accommodate big group of people with decent facility provided.
Location: If your definition of good location is it is near to everything like Starbucks, McD etc then this is not the place for you. I found it rather strategic place with airport is not too far from the villa and some very nice dining places are within the area.

Pros:
1.Great and genuine service by the staffs. Always smiling and greeted us whenever they saw us. There's always someone there to greet us when we get back to the villa.
2.Very accommodating staffs, flexible in whatever requests we have.
3.Very nice Balinese massage. Must try!!

Cons:
1. Lots of ants in the bathroom but it doesn't bother me too much.
2. Mosquito! Just remember to close your room's door then it should be fine.

Overall, the great service makes up for other 'minor glitches' they have.

We were excited to stay here after looking at the website and reading other reviews. This villa is not what we expected. It isn't within walking distance of anything, it is literally in the middle of a little narrow road with wild dogs roaming about. We found everything about this property lacking. The bugs were so bag it was impossible to sit outside. The "driver" that is supposed to be available was so late picking us up from the airport that we had already started to find alternative transportation, and was late again the next time the villa arranged for us to use him. The bathroom had so many ants that you could not leave your toothpaste out overnight without it being covered in ants by the next morning. We had no hot water when we arrived (the next day the service people were able to fix that). The breakfast was terrible! Instant coffee - poor quality food - bad flavor. Although we had prepaid (through Expedia) for 6 nights we packed up after three nights and headed to the St. Regis. Thank goodness we did, our trip was saved!

We stayed 4 nights
The villas are perfect for a family or couple, private pool and a large covered lounge exterieur.Le breakfast is preparing directly by the staff in the villas. The staff is very attentive.
the boss, mister AGUNG PANO is a very nice person, it is always present in are hotel. It is always available to help you and give you all the necessary information to have a good stay in Bali.
We stayed in 5 different hotels in Bali all more expensive than Villa Sandi Agung.the place is quiet, the shops and restaurants a few minutes walk.
We put at the first place Villa Sandi Agung.

Room Tip: no probleme the 5 ou 6 villas are the same.

Great location down a farm lane, away from traffic noise and tooting horns. Staff were amazing, called reception all hours of the night for limes, ice, alcohol and they were happy to help. I've stayed in allot of countries around the world and slept in allot of uncomfortable beds, but these beds were amazing i really didn't want to get out of bed.
Room service was the same as restaurant food, great traditional indonesian.
Thanks for the good times..

Room Tip: i stayed in villa 3 and there were no issues.

We were staying in Sandy Agung Villa for 5 days 4 night.it was just unforgettable holidays villa in my vacation history. The services were great, they pick up and drop back to the airport, and they also offered a transportation if we would like to go around near by the villa.
We were so much satisfied with the villas cleanliness, huge and clean private pool, comfortable bed. They provided very nice breakfast to the room which so much helpful for me because I'm a kind of liking to stay a bit longer at room in the morning.
The staff were just unforgettably friendly, very attentive and they made our vacation completely perfect. Thank you very much we would like to mention to Ida, Agung Pano as the manager and the owner of the villa.
It was just fabulous holiday for us, thank you so much to Sandy Agung Villa and staff, we will be more than great full to having our next holiday back.
