6 of us ate here for dinner. Food was superb. I had the slow cooked lamb which was excellent. The restaurant is licensed but allowed us to bring in our own wine at a corkage of R100,000 which was fine with us as we could then enjoy a great Aussie wine with our meal. The outside setting is beautiful in a quirky way which looked very romantic.. They had a Jazz band playing which added to the ambience without being intrusive. Thoroughly recommend.

What a wonderful restaurant! The jazz band was sensational! The food was delicious and it was very authentic Italian. The staff were very attentive and the cocktails were lovely. We even received a lovely Limoncello when we paid the bill (just like in Italy) - what a great touch!! Some highlights for us were the gnocchi, duck ragu pasta and the homemade lemon sorbet. We also appreciated a slight change to the menu to accommodate our daughter and this was done with no fuss.

This restaurant was close to our villa so we decided to try it.

The setting is fantastic, and we had a table in the back of the restaurant, in the garden area.

Looking at the menu, it was obvious that this was an Italian Fine Dining restaurant, with not a pizza mentioned at all, so it may not suit all families, but we loved it, as did the two 16 year old boys with us.

The sow cooked lamb was the best the boys had ever tasted, as were most of the dishes.

The service was excellent, even if it was a little slow, as we accepted the wait for the food to be prepared and cooked fresh.

The manager came over and offered the specials of the day, which we also tried.

We have tried many fine dining restaurants, and this is one of the best.

The background music from the house Jazz band was also lovely.

A memorable evening and we highly recommend it.

I loved vegetables alot alot alot and cream burlee. Perfect place to have special moments. Definitely i will come again

Relaxed little bit chaotic (in the good sense) atmosphere. I really liked the live jazzy music.

This, in comnination with the good Italian food and the nice staff, made it a very enjoyable evening.
