Description: Kreol Kitchen provides a chilled relaxing space in the middle of Seminyak Bali with a back ledge overlooking the rice fields. With everything home made including their own flavored soda's you won't find any commercial soft drinks in this establishment. The open kitchen lends itself to amazing cooking smells that hit you immediately as you walk into the open space of the cafe. It's eclectic decor is a mish mash of 1970's and 1980's LP vinyl covers... vintage tuppaware... 1950's tea pots and silver trays and more. The space in Kreol Kitchen kind of reminds me of an aunt's house where memories were shared over home made biscuits and quirky teacups !!

Great cafe in funky Jalan Drupadi. Since living here we've made Kreol a regular brekky or lunch venue. Absolutely love the shashuka eggs & south Melbourne dim sims. My boys can't get enough of Anik's scrumptious desserts such as caramel pops, lemon slice & marshmallow slice!

This place is special, really really special! Super cute and "local" feeling. Very healthy fresh options to eat and drink and lot's of really good vego options. I had the dumplings and a salad and they were really really yummy. I would highly recommend going on the adventure to find this place, you will not regret it and will return - I almost guarantee it!!

Picture 'The Diner' on Home and Away, now take on a character as you find yourself drawn back so many times to enjoy the experience that is Kreol. Anek has created a magically mixed menu to tantalise even the tardiest traveller with an assortment to match every meal. The breakfast selection is delectable, with the fresh juices (my fav: Carrot Orange and Pineapple) and Shassuska egges (You'll know the ones!) with the chorizo sausage. Now we are talking! And you will be too, once you try it. The Kreol warung may be a little out of the way, but then, you wont find my finest silver cutlery at the front of my draw!! Some things are better if a little hidden! Having a break from the Indonesian cuisine just for a bit? What better way than to grab a couple of home made sausage rolls, compliments nicely with the home made tomato sauce. Couple it up with the salad on the side, and you are in a patisserie in Lygon St just for a while! Step back outside, trip over the footpath, nearly get bowled over by a horn tooting taxi and 25 wild locals on motorbike and Hey Presto!, you're back in Bali! Did I mention other home made treats such as a variety of slices and biscuits? No? Then let me! Give the Jenny Craig book a holiday as well as you indulge yourself with a Balinese coffee, and a slice AND bickie to round off your experience. The free wifi is a bonus, so that you can gloat to your friends around the world about your culinary experience as you dine. Maybe let the mind indulge as well? Anek will happily read from your chosen cards just what the future may hold for you! In the meantime, a visit to this establishment WILL ensure satisfaction morning noon and night...no cards needed for this one!

I visited this cafe with a group and everyone was equally impressed. The meals were of generous portions, the staff were friendly and the drinks menu was really cool.
We sat by the back of the cafe and had a lovely view of the rice fields, we felt a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.
Also to note is the decor, we are from Melbourne and felt quite at home - the cafe is filled with an eclectic mix of signs, pictures and knick knacks.

This is a great funky cafe in Seminyak
We had breakfast here several times on recent visit.
Serve the best coffee & my husband & son-in-law loved the shakura eggs (not sure of spelling, sorry) . The coconut bread was tasty.
Owner, Annika, & staff very friendly & efficient.
Will definitely be back.
