We have booked with my friend Elegancia for our august holidays in Bali.
It was not my first time in Bali, but elegancia truly amazed me.
The staff was like no other. Very kind, helpful, genuine and according importance to details.
Kadek has been amazing and helped us to organize all our day tours and nights out.
We all had the time of our lives.
The design of the villa is breathtaking ! Everything has been design to amazed you and fulfill your needs as well.
Bagus, the chef is very talented and gave us the best breakfast we could have. I was asking for my eggs benedict and muesli every morning.

I had no doubt that this place was going to be fantastic, and it didn't disappoint.
From first finding Karl (the owner) to the sad day of our departure, the team and location were fantastic. Incredible that you could have such a wonderful place relatively hidden within 5 minutes walk of the heart of Seminyak.
We were a family of 4 with 3 friends who came also, but the villa is so huge with so many sleeping and seating options that we never felt overcrowded or cramped, it's really great.
The staff, Mr K and Karl were so helpful throughout the trip - take their advice, it's worth it.
Have the chef cook for you, he's awesome and I'm missing his culinary skills still!
The drivers that the villa organise were so professional and nice, and very good drivers! We spent a lot of time in the car travelling around the Island to different locations and adventures and to have the comfort of knowing that the drivers were so capable was peace of mind.
You must do the Volcano tour, it's an early morning but so worth it - you do need a level of fitness. Go and do the culture tour too, it's beautiful and fun. Then, even if it's not usually your thing, do the waterpark in Seminyak, it's probably the best waterpark I've ever been to and very clean, modern, safe.
There are not many places to go just to relax on the beaches, have a couple of beers, a cheap pizza/sandwich in South West and South East Bali that we found at least. There are many beach clubs, we tried Potato Head, Ku De Tah, Finns, Sunday's and La Laguna - although expensive, they are very cool. We ate at many great restaurants, but generally think London prices unless you go very local where good food can be eaten very cost effectively.
All in all, the 2 weeks we had in Bali were really special, not only because the villa and team were faultless, but also because the people of Bali possess a calmness that cannot be missed. You watch the traffic and the crowds move with a harmony which is hard to imagine in areas that are so massively busy. I am not a hippy, but even I couldn't help but feel the zen that runs through this place, it's really delightful and we wouldn't hesitate in going back in the future.

From the moment we arrived in Bali after a long flight from Toronto via Hong Kong, the amazing staff made our holiday perfect. Collected from the airport and taken to the Villa. bottles of water and cold towels provided, Mr K explained to us on the journey about what was good to see and do and was happy to help with any request.

After a short drive we arrived in Seminyak, at the Villa, and while the pictures we had seen online were great there is always a little worried if they would live up to it in real life. We were not let down, the only word is WOW, no expense have been spared in this remarkable property.

We met all the staff, an army of cleaners, gardeners, even a professional chef all there is keep the place looking pristine and to take care of you. We were shown to our rooms, the lay out if great and every room is beautifully furnished. Heading out to the pool area for a late afternoon swim in the great pool.

We spent the next 5 days eating drinking, relaxing in the garden getting pampered. Mr K organized us a great driver so we could get around the island and see the sites. We usually went for dinner to any number of the great local restaurants and the chef made us breakfast and lunch which was really a 5 star service personal service.

I cannot wait to come back, and a huge thanks to the fabulous staff for making our holiday perfect.

A group of 5 of us stayed at the villa in April for what was meant to be one week. The villa is amazing. It is exactly as pictured in the photos, if not better. The staff are all amazing, with the chef and his assistant cooking us breakfast each day, and Putu and Mr Kay taking care of any reservations and any other requests we had. Karl was also amazing, messaging us throughout to see if we needed anything. By far the best service any of us had encountered compared to previous stays in Bali at other villas. The location was perfect, being so close to plenty of restaurants. We didn't leave the villa a lot, as it had everything we needed. After our one weeks stay we were due to move to another villa. The next villa we went to was terrible.Immediately we wanted to move back to Elegancia - Karl kept in contact with us and was extremely helpful with organising for us to come back to stay at Elegancia for another 6 nights. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely be back again!

We stayed at this Villa , myself and six girls . We travelled from the Uk our first visit as a group , my second to Seminak . The staff couldn't of been more helpful Mr Kay sorted all out travel trips and transport to sights which we had planned . There is a chef on site called Mr Bagus the food was outstanding and so healthy and fresh . It had an amazing pool area which we took great advantage of .
Location is superb as it's near all the bars and restaurant , so we were able to walk out on an evening .
Bali is beautiful and defiantly a place to revisit . Mount Batur has fantastic. Views if your willing to rise early to take the trek to the top . Well worth it
