Bali Made Tours - professional and friendly.

We had a guide called Nyoman Murdock (who works freelance for BMT – can be contacted separately if BMT aren’t available: - nyoman.murdock@gmail.com. He was very pleasant and informative. He would find us after he'd parked the car to give us information about the sights and was very knowledgeable.

My one criticism was the lunch stop. I can't recall the name of the restaurant but it was on the volcano. It was an overpriced buffet with flies crawling over the lukewarm food. I would advise either bringing your own packed lunch or getting your guide to stop off and pick up fruit or snacks from the many street sellers along the way.

Overall I would highly recommend BMT/Nyoman Murdock .

Thank Jonathan H

Hired Bali Made on last minute during our stay in bali. Very responsive. Our Guide, Bob Gege is great and was very accommodating to our requests. He bought us around on not so usual schedule. He related the history and explained the background of the places we went in details.
He bought us to the local eating place that the locals frequent, not the tourist kind.
We had great time!!!

I hired Bali Made Tour for my 2-day trip to the northeastern and southern part of Bali. The tour guide and driver, Darsana, was super friendly and his English is very good and he could introduce and explain the background of the attractions to us during the tour. His service was superb. He was on time and very helpful for even asking him to help on booking the car to the airport. Highly-recommended for all English-speaking tourists to Bali.

We were referred to Bali Made Tours by another operator with 5 star rating on Tripadvisor. We emailed Bali Made Tours and were timely contacted. A day before our arrival, another confirmation email for the pickup time and location as well as the name and phone number of our assigned driver, Wijana. He was very pleasant and explained the culture of Bali and the various customs. We were picked up at 9AM (by our request) and drove the Elephant camp for elephant ride. The price was a bit steep at $65 per adult and $20 for child 3 and under. After the ride, we had a decent lunch (included in the price) at the camp. Afterwards, we proceeded to the rice terrace (which we only watched for afar; did not want to partake on walking up and down the hillside). Then we stopped at the coffee farm to taste various coffee (Kopi Luwak is $5 USD per cup). The tasting area has a great view of surrounding "terraces". We attempted to go to the water temple, but it was pouring rain, so we decided to fast forward to the monkey forest. After the forest, we stopped by the local market and then visited a traditional house before Wijana drove us south to Nusa Dua (our request).

My partner and I had a fabulous time on the trip with Bali Made Tour. We found the team very professional and accommodating. The itinerary they suggested for the day trip was great and we were given a very personalised service. We had Nyoman Murdock as our guide, not only was he friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and informed. The trip was very reasonably priced and affordable.Really great trip and would recommend it to everyone!
