7 of us stayed in a 4 bedroom villa four 11 nights. staff were more than helpful and the location was great. only a 2 minute walk to main road but could here no noise from resort. The pool was a nice relief from the heat. After 11 days maybe the breakfast menu could be a bit bigger. Overall we were all happy and would stay there again

My husband and I selected the Kumpul Kumpul III based on Trip Advisor reviews and its location.

We are SO very happy with the stay, the accommodation and all that Kumpul Kumpul III had to offer. We wish we were there now!

The Location
The Villa’s are down a small “ally” which is well lit with many people around so you shouldn’t feel worried to walk alone.
At the top of the ally, the Ja An restaurant and The Box both have nice meals for those days when you don’t want to go too far or want a quick easy meal.
Great location for restaurants, the beach, shopping and spa’s. The beach is an easy stroll – about 10 minutes however there is an abundance of taxi’s if you don’t feel confident. We enjoyed the walk and looking at the other accommodation and restaurant options.

The Villa
We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa which included a small breakfast each day. Its nothing to write home about however it’s a good start to the day and a bit of a “Wake up call” on those mornings you want to sleep in but know you should get up and see Bali.
The villa is very clean and comfortable, will a small kitchenette if you want to make some food yourself, a lounge area, modern bathroom and very large and comfortable bed.
There is a good size fridge, which was great to store cold drinks. We went to the Bintang Supermarket and filled it up with snacks and drinks. Very handy to have.

The “Hotel”
Even though the villas are close to a very busy main road, this is a very quiet location expect for the occasional dog barking (which seemed to only happen at night)
The staff here are fantastic. Always smiling and saying hello. We did have a small incident in our villa one night and the night staff were very helpful and respectful which was greatly appreciated.
Wi fi is available in the room and in the complex however when they are fully booked there are times where the wi fi was slow or didn’t work. If you gave it a few minutes it would be fine.
The central pool is fantastic. The Pool bar shown is nonoperational but it’s not really needed as you can bring your own drinks out to the pool. There are plenty of tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the sun.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel but its not needed. Its more of a Home away from home. We will defiantly be back.

Room tip: All rooms are great

Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful, especially the lady who brought breakfast to the villa. A good location, quite quiet expect for occasional dog barking or neighbours but given its central location it was peaceful. It's situated close to lots of restaurants, shops, spas and you can get to the beach by walking or a taxi.
Villas are clean and spacious, good facilities, breakfast was tasty although limited times. The Villa offers airport pick ups, nice pool area and has drinking water available. Limited reception hours of 9-8pm but this wasn't an issue. You can reach the airport in 15/20 mins in quiet periods or 30/40 in rush hour.

Stayed here with my 2 friends recently. Good value older style Bali hotel. The villa was big enough for 3 people. the pool was clean and cool and the staff were helpful, The breakfast was terrible and we gave up eating it after 2 days..they need to work on this, The room had a few issues but staff came promptly to fix them. All in all good value for money, in a great position near Bintang supermarket. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get to shops and restaurants. Not bad at all.

Room tip: All villas pretty much the same.

We previously stayed at Kumpul Kumpul 3, Seminyak in September 2015 to October 2015 for 14 nights. I reviewed my first experience on Trip Advisor in October 2015. After 9 months back at work saving up to return to Bali this is the second occasion my family and I have stayed at this accomodation. Our experience of the standard of accomodation, value for money and level of service was the same. It was perfect. It is what you wish for when you are on holiday. Mr Budi, Manager and his team of professional staff were most welcoming of us as returning guests and always eager and willing to assist us to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time during our 14 night stay. You guys rock! Special thanks to breakfast hosts Mr Sugeng and Ms Tika and Mr Nyoman and Mr Wayan who ensured the comfort of our villa was of the highest standard at all times.
