The food, the atmosphere and the service were incredible.
We went there because we read somewhere that one of the former cooks of the famous Tantris restaurant in Munich was working there, and although we did not know, and we dont even know yet, if this information is true, we decided to give it a try. And it was worthy, whoever the cook is, he or she is really good.
We decided to have the seven course tasting menu (so we had to choose seven courses from a menu with nine options, and regreted that we did not ask for the nine one, as everything was very especial.
The dishes were in very small portions (which we preferred in order to be able to taste every one of them) really elaborated, and delicious.
Appart from the seven courses, there was a dessert included, which was a surprise of the chef. In our case they served us a truffle ice cream (truffle fungus not the type of chocolate) whith a kind of honey cookie and olive oil caramel cristal. I think I never had such a nice dessert evere before.
The only problem is that it is quite expensive, and more if you take into account that Bali is very cheap in generall. Even though, I think the fodd they serve is worth the money.
By the way, the dress code is business casual.
