We would have loved to do one of these classes but we only received one response to our enquiry (after waiting 2 days) and then nothing after we asked to book. Very disappointing as it was purchased as a wedding present for us and we weren't able to do it.

We have made it a tradition to attend cooking classes when we travel.
Certainly value for money and the information Dean provides through the class is mind blowing.
Our fave was how to make fish fillet, chop the chicken, make the basic bumbu! My partner loves cooking, and he was really happy with everything. The local staff was highly reliable.
The dishes were local but you can make them when you get back home. A great fun and educational day!

Recently in Bali with my husband and son and booked into Dean's cooking school. They came and picked us up from our hotel, went to the seafood markets which was fab and back to a huge villa complex for the cooking school. I can't recommend this school enough, Dean and his staff were fabulous, very welcoming. Dean let our 12 year old son do alot of the prep which he loved, loved learning about all the different recipes, the food was fab and great cocktails served up as well! Couldn't recommend enough and since then we have cooked quite a few things from his recipet book!

A wonderful and entertaining day, which is highly recommended. I had a wonderful time, learning the ins and outs of Balinese cooking. Dean was easy going and charismatic.
