Well off we went to do our cooking class in Seminyak, which is so close. Four of us decided to do it. We went to the markets in Denpassar and then back to the restaurant to start learning and cooking. I learnt so much about the Indonesian vegetables, fruits and spices. The class was hands on, so filleting fish, cutting up chickens, etc. The staff cooked the food and we ate. We were given a fantastic well informed cook book to take home of which I have used and it all tastes the same as what we ate. Would highly recommend this class and they also do a seafood cooking class which I cannot wait to do on my return to Bali. Fantastic Day. Thanks Dean.
