“Four thumbs up!”
Reviewed April 9, 2014 via mobile

I must say that my boyfriend and I are impressed at from the time that we were welcomed by the receptionists. They made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms are also exactly as it is advertised in the photos, and the garden behind the hotel is very relaxing, peaceful and quiet with little huts where you can spend the time just bonding with your friends. The pool area's amazing; well, not really that super nice pool, but it's not something you'd expect from a budget hotel. The breakfast is nothing special but it's okay. The bathroom is clean, but it's advisable for you to bring your own toiletries as there's only liquid soap in a dispenser there. No shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. The room we were checked in is facing the rice fields and the streets but it's not that noisy. If ever I'll come back to Bali I will surely be back here!

If you want to have an accommodation near the centre of the busy Seminyak which also offered a certain piece and quiet, this is he right one.

Unfortunately the superior rooms all head to the noisier front part so that a normal 18-sqm room with view to the rice paddies is more recommendable.

The rooms have a modern designed interior with bathroom that has a rainfall shower.

The staff is very attentive, especially Prita and Ita at he reception desk are really more than attentive, friendly and helpful and their English is very appropriate. Not to forget Oka, who is also a wonderful friendly and attentive reception guy.

The breakfast is rather basic but sufficient. They offer fresh fruit and you also can have warm dishes incl. sausages, vegetables and a good choice of different omelettes.

The size of the swimming pool is to valued as satisfactory. If you in a mood to have a midnight swim you may have and enjoy it.

Only the noise oft he cleaning staff, which starts around 8 in the morning, is rather challenging. They talk very loud and bang the doors but a constructive talk about that point with the director Heintje Kusumah was helpful.

Walls are very thin so that you can hear almost every noise on the hallway so do not take a room near to the elevators.

The only really hard challenges are travelling groups from Mainland China, who obviously never ever in their entire life heard the expression „good manners“. Even if they arrive during night they are yelling and screaming as if they just want to invade the place. In the restaurant their eating habits are a nightmare, they spit on the floor and cannot eat silently. So if you should have the misfortune to meet them just stay away from them as much as possible.

Room Tip: Look for a room in the upper floors with view to the rice fields

I stay in this hotel with my family to find another experience on Nyepi day. Unfortunately, they didn't have any preparation especially for food at their restaurant and room service.
This is my first and last to stay in this hotel.
And they also give different service for local people.
For sure i don't want back again to this hotel.

this Hotel was the big surprise of our 2 month trip to Asia. We originally booked only 1 week before arrival, thinking we would look for something for the remaining 3 weeks when we arrived.
This Hotel was an absolute surprise to us. The staff, especially at reception Prita and Ita were very friendly, the location is great: just a few minutes motorbike ride to the beach and shopping facilities even in walking distance.
The standard room we took with view to the rice fields was tiny but modern and clean.
They are fully equipped with TV, Aircondition and also a Safety box which was very comfortable for us. Towels are replaced daily and the rooms are maintained very clean by the staff.
Everything was working fine, as the Hotel is only 2-3 years old. The view to the Ricefields is amazing and makes already your day when you pull away the curtains in the morning. The room was good for sleeping as we were away from the traffic. They also have bigger superior rooms which were also very nice and good sized.
The breakfast buffet is proper and offers eggs, fruits, toast, cereals and lots of asian stuff like vegetables, noodles and rice. The open restaurant where it takes place is nicely located next to the huge swimming pool. They provide pool towels for the guests and in the afternoon they even offer free tea and coffee with some sweet snacks there.
There are sunbeds and umbrellas next to the pool. The well kept garden besides makes it a relaxing place to stay away from the traffic and noise.
The restaurant offers food for lunch and dinner at good quality and reasonable prices.
There is also a beauty and massage facility which I did not come to use.
Overall we had a perfect stay and we definetly come back next year for another month stay, as we usually stay one month in Bali every year.
Thanks to the price - quality which is a really good bargain and also the very kind staff.
see you soon !!

Room Tip: if you are fine with a small room, then don´t miss the rice field views !!

I've stay in here with my husband last week. And this is my second time i've stay in here.
The rooms was small but enough for both of us and they clean the room everyday. The swimming pool is clean and large. They even allow us to swim until 1am (hahaha...)the beer price and the food is reasonable, not to expensive.
The breakfast is good and complete for budget hotel standard. The staff is nice and kind and the service is great.

Room Tip: Choose the room with pool view.
