“Still good value and traditional”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2013

one year since our last visit and its still going strong. A little more expensive than last year, but thats happening everywhere. As it was our first night we stuck with the standards, Nasi Goreng, Chicken curry, Mie Goreng, all delicious, with the cooking done right next to you in their very clean kitchen.total for 2 was 80000r ($8 aus) icluding a drink each.
Definitely worth it if you want to get away from the big places

“What a nice place!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 2, 2013

The place is really homely and the feeling is really to be on someone's house , with cats around and friends going and coming .
Really cheap prices for really tasty and authentic Indonesian food, the only miss is as they are use to western people who are terrified about a bit of chilli they just avoid using it . Ask for it on the side and get use to it ! It's healthy, part of them culture and it will make the food with an extra kick!

“Great chicken”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2013

Been back 4 times and have tried almost everything on menu. Good local based food with friendly staff. Chicken/ayam dishes are the best. Crab, giant prawns, fried noodles and rice are decent. Will visit atlast once on every trip.

“A great find in Seminyak”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 31, 2012

This cafe was a great find. Small family Warung - indoesian food and very good value. We were first there on NYE and wondered what to expect. Soon lots of people came in and many others came for take-out. It was a very pleasant, relaxed meal.

“Place to go for real Indonesian food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 23, 2012

We visited this warung as it is literally next door to the hotel we were staying. It was busy every night. We had the fried chicken and mixed sate with the green vegesvwhich were delicious. Don't expect any western food here and it is as authentic as it gets and is well worth the visit.
