“Best way to end a holiday trip with HEARTY FOOD”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 22, 2013

Location - great
Service - acceptable, friendly & courteous
Atmosphere - like many place in Bali, there is NOT a no-smoking section unfortunately. Mostly tourists but there was a table of locals and Italians. Don't count on the decor to pull your heart strings, but acceptable. It was clean and kitsch.
Food - this was the star of the night. Food was HEARTY, WARM and FILLING. It was love.
Price - way beyond valuable

“Best Italian in Bali”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 18, 2013

Me and my boyfriend LOVE eating here. The food is unbelievably good. Fresh authentic italian. The staff and owner are extremely helpful. We eat here nearly every day when we come to bali (we travel to bali a lot, months at a time and multiple times throughout the year) Sasa is consistently EXCELLENT!!! Will always come here for an italian feast, BEST PIZZAS and PASTAS in the whole of bali! A+

“Proper Italian food in the heart of Semyniak.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 17, 2013

if you are looking for authentic Italian food for reliable price this is the place for you. They know how to cook Fish and seafood in the real Italian way, startes such as Guazzetto di Vongole, or Tuna carpaccio are delicious, main courses are also wonderful! I highly recommend Spaghetti ricci or Spaghetti al carpaccio... And what else? if you are looking for a real italian dessert the Cannoli Siciliani are a MUST TRY! but be carefull, after the first portion, you might order more!!

“Authentic Italian food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 16, 2013

3rd time to Bali and without fail, we will have at least 2 meals at SASA.

Love the food, always had the risotto & pizza. In June I remembered they had the squid ink pasta on the special, however for this trip we dint get to try it, we pass by Sasa everyday for 7 days hoping to try their squid ink pasta again, but there wasn't.

Gives a homely vibe & opens til late,
The only down sides are this time the staffs now are just not very friendly and a little slow compared to the previous visit in June'13 . But i'l still come back for the excellent food:)

“authentic italian food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 27, 2013

Sasa is along Jalan Oberoi, it is usually open late at night. The food is good but service is quite slow. The night I was with my sister, two tables complained about their bills. Food they did not order was in their bills. Better check carefully! I should say, food is very fresh. Very convenient for me since I live nearby.
