I had a honeymoon trip to Bali, and we decided to choose Seminyak area, Ziva villas fullfil our expectation while we only see the pictures through their website. We really love their wide pool and also the cooking show in the morning.

The Villa was gorgeous and very clean. One street behind the main strip in Seminyak and so easy to walk everywhere. Close to cafes and nightlife and can easily hail a taxi from out the front to take you further. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We have stayed here twice and love it. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Private pool is one of the largest have seen in bali. Great location only about a 10-15min walk to the heart of seminyak. Love love love this place
Beautiful Villa. Great location in the heart of Seminyak. Breakfast was ok but not much variety although it was lovely cooked in our villa. Staff were accomodating. We had a problem with our aircon and had to move villas during our stay.
aircons were terrible in the 3 room villa. photos look great but the actual place is quite bad. the pool was the highlight, pity about the smaller rooms. brekkie was good and location was ideal. but many of us could not sleep at night due to the heat.

We stayed in Ziva villa this week for 8 nights for our honeymoon. We are really disappointed. Overall the villa is not 5 star as they describe. The pool is amazing, the bed ok, but its totally missing something else that other villas in Seminyak offer. One big negative was the outdoor bathroom, it really needed sliding doors to keep it cool and keep the bugs out. There is not much lighting in the villa, especially the Bathroom area so very hard to do your make up at night if your headed out. Also no mirror in bedroom area.
The breakfast was ok, we skipped it most of the time and headed to a cafe for something more substantial.
Twice we returned home at night with no power in the villa, and another day no tv reception for the entire day.
The BIGGEST disappointment was that we had $200 Australian money stolen from the in room safe. We had triple counted our money the morning we left for our honeymoon, after 2 days, we exchange some currency and we noticed $50 missing from a bundle, a few days later, same again, this time $100 missing... so we got all our money out from the safe and found another bundle short $50.
They were taking the small amounts so it was not as obvious.
After this we emptied our safe. But then we got done again. This time, we had accidentally left some money in my husbands shorts on the floor of the bathroom, we thought it will be fine.. they wont touch our clothes on the floor...we returned later that day.. and the money was missing. Luckily it was only less than 200k rupee.
Also they offer a free Seminyak shuttle, but the driver is never available.
A really disappointing stay.

We do tracking cases and try to get all information follow up of this review to all of our staff, we couldn't found any comment and report regarding of your trouble happened or complaining to our staff during you were stayed with us, and we found of your trouble complaining on this review when you have checking out from Ziva.
When we checking up all of your activity during stay with us at our security log book report and security team report, we didn't found about this trouble reported from you and we get the information you have sometime return to villa with your friend ( outsider ) guest at the late evening.
Reported by our butler staff you were checking out at 10.00 Am without any complain and comment about this matter to our team and checking out process by normal process, and found of this matter review at this page.
If you have reported during you have stay we will assist you reported to the police officer and take action with the police officer about this happened based on Indonesian police regulation.
About no power you found at that time, we have any short power just few minutes when the rain happened and the power short just couple minutes when you walk at the pathway went to the outside.
About the suggestion sliding doors and few the lights we are pleased to thank and putt into our consideration and plan.
