Arman Villa, the experience is great. Open living room is a unique concept of the villa.

Comfort:
Both the Bedrooms are air conditioned and offer lots of pillows for comfort. Sleep quality is also great.
Bathroom is big with bathtubs in both the bathrooms. Liked the concept of having two plants in bathroom gives a feeling of taking shower in open garden.
Like all service apartments kitchen has all the equipments (although we did not cook but yeah we did use Oven to warm our food).
Open Living room (non AC - as it is open to garden n pool) has LCD n 5.1speakers with DVD player. You can ask for DVDs from reception and watch the movie from the swim pool.

Breakfast:
Breakfast has got full course but the choices are limited. We being vegetarians ordered Fried rice n fruit platter with Tea. Breakfast can be served anytime in morning depending on your plan to leave villa for sightseeing.

Pool:
Private swimming Pool is good n clean, two sunbath chairs makes it perfect place to relax. We never got chance to be at Villa in day time but in evening after returning from the long drives it was the best place to relax.

Location:
Location of the Villa is 1.5KMs from Seminyak beach. You can even walk to the beach as it is a straight road from villa to beach. Only problem we faced was to locate it for the first time. A signboard at the start of the lane will help tourist to locate it better.

Overall experience was great. Thanks Arman Villa!!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and found it perfect for what we were after. There was 5 friends on a "girls" trip away and we loved it.

We arrived after midnight and we were greeted lovely at both the aiport and once we arrived at the villa by the staff. Welcome drinks and refreshing towels. It only got better from there.

The staff looked after our every request with no problems.
Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Bathrooms were large, only down side is the two outdoor bathrooms were a little warm during the heat of the day but bearble.
Daily housekeeping and breakfast was cooked and delivered to our kitchen.
Decent size Fridge that can be stocked with anything you like, water cooler in kitchen with "safe" water suuplied.
Fully equipped kitchen and blender came in handy for making your own coktails to enjoy by the private pool.
Ipod dock, dvd player which was great for testing cd's and dvd's and large flat screen plasma.
Overall very modern villa, amazing staff and good location.

Would highly recomend to anyone!

We had some difficulty in finding the place because there was some construction work being done in front of the reception. Good thing the driver we had was able to ask around where it actually was. Walking into the villa though, was such a pleasant surprise. It was like stumbling into an oasis! The pool was beautiful and big enough for several people to enjoy, although I wouldn't recommend leaving your children unattended as it's a bit deep.

The rooms were beautiful, the canopy beds were quite romantic, and the overall mood of the villa was very couple-ish. The bathroom is breathtaking because it was so spacious! The open shower was well designed.

The only downer to the whole experience was how far away from the beach it was. If you're not so keen on going to the beach (but why would you be in Bali anyways?) then the villa should be fine. If you've rented a motorbike then the beach should be 5mins away, but if you're on foot it will take around 15-20mins to get there.

Arman Villas is worth your money!

Room Tip: Each villa is quite isolated so you won't have any trouble with noisy neighbors.

We stayed for 10 nights/11 days in the 3 bedroom villa with our family of 3 adults and 3 children, aged 11, 5 and 3.5 yrs. Our friends stayed in the other 2, two bedroom villas.
The 2 minor bedrooms were large with king sized beds and mosquito nets. The outdoor bathrooms off these bedrooms were also large. The master bedroom upstairs was huge, with high vaulted ceilings. The ensuite was fully enclosed indoors. Heaps of cupboard space was a bonus! Sometimes the airconditioning struggled a little with the huge space of the master bedroom, but we were comfortable enough. The minor bedrooms were always gorgeously cool when the doors were kept closed. The kitchen wasquite adequate, but lets face it, who wants to cook anyway in Bali! The bonus for me was a blender to make my own cocktails and the coffee perculator. The fridge was big, which is great to fit in all your drinks purchased from the Bintang supermarket, about 5 mins taxi ride away. Buy some bagged ice and you will be totally set! The lounge area was great, with 3 sofas and a large flat panel TV with surround sound stereo speakers for great movie experiences. The pool was a decent size, even for about 8 people being in it.
The breakfast was quite basic, but we requested fresh eggs and prepared them ourselves, which is a good idea unless you like rubbery fried eggs. Although they advertise that a chef is available, he was not available for the whole 11 days of our stay, We recommend the 'The German Warang' just around the corner for great, cheap western styled meals. There are also quite a few local restaurants that will deliver if you ask them.
The staff were very helpful and friendly as most Balinese tend to be. We did have a few problems that were fixed within 24hrs of us notifying the staff. Bring a couple of teatowels and a decent kitchen cloth, as none are provided. Mosquitos were a bit of a problem, so best spray the rooms every night otherwise you will be eaten alive in rainy season-but this goes for all accommodation in Bali. Staff will also provide mosquito coils to burn. Our positives with this accommmodation far outweighed the negatives. This place can only get even better if the management addresses a few small problems. Will recommend!

We stayed at Arman Villa for 5 days and had a great family bonding time. There was a hiccup in the booking process but the staff was very helpful and replied fast and efficiently. The villa in Seminyak was full but we were given the villa in Kerobokan which is 10 minutes away by taxi from Seminyak. The villa was clean and well-kept including the toilets and pool. My 3 kids aged 10yrs, 8yrs and 18mths had a great time there. It was great 5 days away from our hectic city lifestyle.

We have 2 elderly and 3 young kids. The room is very spaciously. All room come with big bathroom. We took the 3 bedroom apt. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast area need some improvement. Swimming pool a bit deep for young children 1.3 meter. They provide free transport to kuta or seminyak. Overall I would rate 8.5/10.

We were skeptical when we booked this hotel as there were not a lot of reviews for it but went ahead anyway due to the affordable rates. Are we glad that we made this choice!

Arman Villas is a relaxing and beautiful place to stay in Seminyak. Our two-bedroom villa comes with a private and, most importantly, clean pool and impressive bathrooms and bedrooms. We can't help but just want to relax around such a peaceful environment and while our time away in the villa, lying on the lounge chair, soaking the pool or simply just watching tv.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I fell ill on the last day and they drove us to a nearby clinic at no extra cost. The only downside of this villa is its location... we had to take a cab to the nearest shop, otherwise, it would be a 20-30 min walk as advised by the hotel staff.

Breakfast was nothing to sing home about but it was satisfactory and prepared us for our day ahead.
