We stayed in this hotel at Christmas time... For the first few days we were the only guests there then as we got closer to New Years more people started to arrive... The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly... The hotel is based outside the town and we had to taxi everywhere as walking is quite hazardous! The room was clean and tidy and we couldn't have asked for a better service

The hotel is nicely situated in Seminyak area, but it's too far to walk to anywhere in Seminyak. Better take the taxi which the receptionist would gladly call for.
The room is small with adequate lighting but not cleaned thoroughly. Some of the amenities provided were soaked with water apparently they didn't change it after the last guest. The bed sheets have small holes in some places and the bath towels have leftover hair from the previous guest. A walk in the hotel at night was a bit eerie because lack of lighting and no sound emanating from the rooms nearby.
Breakfast is surprisingly good with large portion: two eggs sunny side up, two sausages, two bacons, two slices of bread, half slice of tomato but also quite fattening as all of the above are fried (except the bread and tomato).
This hotel might not be the best option if you want luxury or spend more time in a hotel, but it might be a good one if you just need a place to rest at night.

Room Tip: no elevator, ask for the first floor room

Very impressed with the friendly staff at the hotel. They were very helpful in lovely. We were able to get rides into Seminyak at anytime. The hotel is too far away to really walk to places though.

Room Tip: Superior room for a needed refridgerator.

imagine my surprise after a long flight and late arrival to turn back my sheets to find that they had not been changed from the previous guest. Not only were they dirty , they were also holey. They then moved to a suite as an apology. Here the sheets were clean but the room wasn't, particularly the fridge. Also the shower head was falling off the wall. The morning breakfast was dreadful. This hotel may photograph well but it is tired and dirty!. I would not recommend it.

My Sister & I stayed for the last two nites of out trip..and we liked this place.!
It is smallish , modern and has a nice feel about it . Staff are nice and helpful .The standard rooms are fine but small .we were upgraded to another room because of unexpected work in the next door room. I recommend the Deluxe rooms.
There is a smallish , but large enough pool well looked after , and a spa.
The restuarant is at the front of the hotel and looks like a diner, but DON'T let that put you off at all.The Cook/Chef certainly knows what he is doing ,and we had some unexpectedly GREAT food..especially the Bubu Ayam (Chicken Rice porridge with garlic fried onions etc on top ) which was made on request ,it is not on the menu. It was the best we have ever had in all our years of travelling in Bali..our fave breakfast .
Though this hotel is a wee walk to the beach and out of the way a bit ,the taxis are plentiful .It is also a very good base for those doing business..away from the maddening crowds after busy days ! , and the parking is fine .
Definitely we would stay again at some time .

Room Tip: There is a large room opening to the pool..ideal!

A clean hotel, located just outside Seminyak, in the village of Kerbokan. The beach is a 15 minute walk (but there are plenty of cheap taxi’s around), and for around 18.000 rupees the taxi’s bring you to downtown Seminyak. The hotel has recently been taken over and renovated. It isn’t the most cheerful place to stay, but it’s a perfect base to explore the surroundings and simply relax.

If you are looking to get away from the hustle of Seminyak/Kuta then this place is ideal.

We stayed here over new years and were appointed a 'suite'. The room was clean, spacious and included a private outside patio which we thought was a nice touch.

This is a fairly small hotel complex with a medium sized pool and spa. The public areas are quite intimate but that was part of its charm.

The staff here are the best and made our stay very comfortable. We can't praise them enough for their effort, care and attention.

If you are thinking of staying here, bear in mind that you will need to get taxi's to take you to the centre of the action. They don't provide a shuttle into town but the taxi's are cheap, about 14-16000 rupiah (£1-2).
