From my initial surprise and delight at the interior decor which is reminiscent of olde world Turkish bath house to my amazing massage I could not have been happier with my experience. We attended as a family of five adults and each one of us was impressed. So much so, that we booked a second service - which we were all again impressed with - each of us having different massages. The prices are amazing for such a high class and professional service. We all can't wait to go again. I would readily recommend Prana Spa for a truly relaxing time.

We visited on a recommendation. We are happy we did as we have visited a few spas this week in nusa dua and seminyak and prana spa was by far the best. It's in a league of its own. Our massages were excellent and we loved the rose foot cleanse at the start, nice touch. Highly recommend visiting.

Dear Dani M,

Wow! Thank you for your kind words and recommendation. We are thrilled to hear you found Prana Spa the best spa in Bali. We thank you for your generous feedback in mentioning Prana Spa is in a league of its own, our Moroccan inspired décor and bewildering colours throughout make for the most exotic and memorable spa experience. Prana Spas internationally trained therapists pride themselves on providing the most therapeutic and rejuvenating spa treatments – so it is great to know your massages were excellent. Prana Spas signature massage begins with a time honored foot ritual, bathing the feet in warm peppermint infused water with fresh frangipani and rose petals, followed by a luxury foot and leg salt scrub to de-stress and prepare the mind, body and soul for the treatment ahead – we are happy you loved the foot ritual as much as we do. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your recent spa experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Prana Spa on your returning visit to Bali.

The decor of this spa is distinctive. However, the person doing my treatment didn't seemed qualified. Her technique was lacking professionalism. For example, she stood over me with a squirty bottle of oil and squirted it over my body. The oil itself smelled like vegetable oil. Her actual massage technique was not that of someone who had any training. Yes, this is Bali, but for the price, I expected much better. There are many other spas in Bali which are more cost effective, who have staff that are far more knowledgable. The two people I were with felt the same.

It is disappointing to hear your recent spa experience did not meet your expectations, as our aim is to indulge each and every one of our guests on an exotic and enchanting mind, body and soul spa journey. You feel like a queen in a palace, such a beautiful spa. I have never seen a spa or architecture anywhere like this in my life, so impressed!!! Go just to experience what it is like to be in a palace. I had the Turkish package and it was quite the experience, loved it. My therapist was very good and so lovely, she made me feel very relaxed as she was really experienced and caring. The prana restaurant downstairs from the spa has great food, worth having lunch after and enjoying the beauty of the scenery. I highly recommend you visit this spa, we are now raving fans! Cannot wait to go again =)

I liked the interior but the rooms were kind of very gloomy and dark. Walking through the massage rooms was like passing some decorated jail. It doesn't give relaxing feeling.

Dear Pretty P,

Thank you for taking the time to review Prana Spa on TripAdvisor. It is unusual to hear you found the ambience and décor of the spa non-relaxing, as many of our guests tell us the spa is a real treat for the senses and instantly calming the moment they step foot inside the spa. Prana Spas unique décor has been designed with a strong influence of Indian & Middle Eastern exotic architecture. Inspired by the legendary Moguls of Rajasthan, the riot of colors sought to blend Indian Palatial complexity with Moroccan rustic simplicity, offer a unique and tranquil spa ambience. Prana spa’s expertly trained therapists embrace ancient healing techniques with cutting edge therapies, making for the most holistic and exotic spa journey.
