“Divine dining in a Wonderful restaurant”
Reviewed February 22, 2012

We did not need a White Rabbit to entice us to Wonderland: the lovely rose studded entrance complimented by a white picket fence provided sufficient appeal to enter the delightful garden of this truly wonderful restaurant. Walking past white wrought iron garden settings and very comfy looking lounges, we entered the restaurant.
Once inside, we felt like participants in the Mad Hatter’s tea-party: two giant chairs modeled on Alice’s, and lovely wall decorations made us grin like the Cheshire Cat!
Our two waitresses were nothing like Tweedledum and Tweedledee; highly efficient, professional, considerate and welcoming, they provided wonderful dishes including a delicious pumpkin salad generously sprinkled with crushed pine nuts, a variety of tapas ( Italian sausages, stuffed peppers, olives and feta cheeses), spare ribs and mashed potatoes accompanied by divine wines. Our dessert was an absolutely wonderful pavlova with fresh warm fruit.
We really don’t understand why this fantastic restaurant is not fully booked night after night and propose this riddle for the Mad Hatter to solve. The various floor shows next door are very loud and intrusive, though…
We really enjoyed this restaurant very much and would have returned had we not have time constraints.
As for the noisy neighbours we quote the Queen of Hearts: “Off with their heads!”

Reviewed September 26, 2011

I used my about me I phone app to find places to eat in seminyak area and this restaurant came up reviews looked interesting so we got a cab into seminyak . Little White arch entry easy to miss next to nirvana shabby chic outside furniture but inside nice seating and 2 large oversized chairs which we sat in to eat our meal really great quirky little place we had the burger and snapper wrapped in bacon which were very nice and good value loads if lovely looking things on the menu but we weren't massively Hungary to try starters and too drunk for pudding but all in all I would recommend this place

“Cute restaurant on Eat Street with yummy food.”
Reviewed August 13, 2011

Probably the thing that attracted me to this restaurant was that it had really cute decor, a good selection of dishes on the menu and it wasn't as packed as some of the other places on Eat Street. I'm sure in time it will cease to be quieter than the others.

The service was faultless throughout our dinner and drinks experience and the food was really good. We had the lamb koftas and chorizo and fetta tartlets as entrees, which were both good and decently sized. For mains we had fish and chips and angel hair pasta with chicken, again both were good. I probably wouldn't say the food was amazing but it was very good for the price.

The decor was really cute and individual and I would certainly return if I found myself in Seminyak again.

“Large group everyone enjoyed the experience”
Reviewed July 18, 2011

There was a large number of us that dined a number of times at Divine Wonderland. The food was so good we went back. Recommend this relatively new establishment to be tricked into the older Eat St restaurants the new ones are the ones to try. Service is amazing and the food great.
