I stayed in this hotel on 24th to 26th August 2011, it was almost Idul Fitri holiday so i was expecting that this place will be packed. to my surprise, i could book the room easily, 1 hotel room and 1 villa. The place is closed from Bypass road and adjacent to many Seminyak attractions. its not hard to find it. the first impression about this hotel was this is a boutique hotel, very tiny from outside but when we showed our rooms, i was quite impressed that the size of the room is bigger that the rooms i used to stay in Legian area. the bed is a king size bed and there is a living room area with a PC and dvd, small sink with fridge and toilet. the door is facing the mini pool so it was quite relaxing. When I checked the villa type i was more impressed by the arrangement of the villa with the double terrace, facing front side and the rice paddy. there is a small pantry in the villa where we can cook. the bathroom was spacious with closet inside them. What impressed me most is the service, my AC was leaked on 2 AM and the room service brought the technician in almost no time, the staffs are also very nice and friendly. Overall i had a pleasant budget stay....with $ 52 dollars what else can you ask.......

Room Tip: room 104 is the best!

This hotel is located in a secluded area, a couple of meters away from the main road and you need to get a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas in Seminyak. This was not a problem because the hotel staff in the reception can easily phone a taxi for you. The waiting time is 3-5 mins. based on our experience.

The room is a bit small for 4 Asians but its complete with dining table, living area and balcony overlooking the pool. The comfort room is big but there's just a bit of a problem with the toilet-it doesn't flush properly.

WiFi is also available but it's not that fast.

I hate this inn because of discriminative service of the crews. They are very friendly to westerners/foreign guests but rude to Indonesian guests. They even never smiled nor answered my greetings. No breakfast for cottage guests although it is written on its brochure that the rate including breakfast. It is also costs more money since we have to take taxi anywhere. Too much money for taxi. But most of all, I am hurt by its discriminative crews. They should have written 'INDONESIAN GUESTS ARE REJECTED HERE' in front of their inn.

Room Tip: Save your taxi money!

we booked the studio for 5 days stay.
the room we got is their standard room at the second floor, overlooking the pool.
fortunately, we got room no 108 which is more spacious than others of the same type.
the room was nice and clean. very spacious with little balcony and living room.
the bedroom and bathroom is also spacious. the room was with lcd tv, medium size, not too big, local channel and limited international channel, and with dvd player.

it is equipped with basic dining tools (spoon, fork, plates, mugs, etc) which we found really helpful. Our room also equipped with PC set with internet connection. however the internet only worked on day 1. and off for the rest of our stay. which is not so good. i bought my own notebook, but the wifi simply didnt reach our room, given our location is at the furthest end.
The pool is nice, eventhough the size is quite humble.

however... the breakfast was a let down. only 2 small pastries and 2 small package of instant cereal with a small jug of milk. 2 glass of fruit juice. We got it delivered to our room on day 1 only (after we asked about it), and for the rest of our stay, the breakfast failed to arrive.
Location wise, the complex was serene and quiet, but it's in the middle of nowhere. you definitely need to rent a car to go places, because i don't think it is quite easy to get a taxi (i think you can order the taxi service through phone call, which for some, might not be a big deal).
Since i was there for some family functions, the location, being far from the happening scenes, was not really matter.

I would recommed the place to someone who likes a quite place to stay or plans to go with a larger group. for USD45/night, it's quite a bargain. the place still worth to recommend.
but personally, i wouldn't pick the place for my stay on my next visit to Bali.

We actually had reservations at another place in Seminyak, but when we arrived they didn’t have our reservation, and suggested we try Studio. At first we were disappointed until we arrived at Studio and saw these cabins over looking a gorgeous green expanse of terraced rice paddies. It was just what we imagined Bali is like. We stayed in Cabin #5; it is more like a suite with large bedroom and separate living area. Every day at sun down , we would sit on our private deck over looking these lush rice paddies and the world seemed perfect.

The staff are amazing – they would go and get us drinks/beer or food from Seminyak-area restaurants and bring it back to us with a smile. Made was our favorite, and he couldn’t have been nicer or kinder. He and the other staff define good service.

There is free internet, breakfast delivered each morning, a nice pool, and did I mention the views. Studio cabins have the location, reasonable price, and an ambiance that speaks to our desire for a distinctive and splendid Bali experience,
