Friendly staff who is extremely helpful. Pictures of the villa is exactly how it looks, dont expect too much. But is within walking distance of the beach and main road. Despite being located right in front of a road, it still feels secluded.

This was our second stay here at bvilla seaside and we love it. The beautiful villa's and our pool was huge, it was clean, and the free breakfast cooked in our room was such a lovely way to start the day! Divine all round. The pictures on the website are true to life too! I am an interior designer and loved the design and layout.

The staff are so warm and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. We love the free car service - we travelled with a large group of friends who stayed all over seminyak and one night all our friends visited us and they happily dropped us all off to 2 different locations. The next night we requested a table for 9 @ sardine which our staff booked and they even organized a large car to transport us all, as they thought all our friends would need a ride too - what exceptional service! All of our friends were very jealous of the villa and all said they would book here next time.

The location is wonderful, a short stroll to eat street, 100m to grocer &grind for our morning coffee and 100m to bodyworks, as well as being so close to many great restaurants & bars that we could walk to like potato head and kudeta, or a metered taxi ride is generally only .70c!!!

I would highly recommend these villas for a stay in seminyak!!

The villas are approx 12 years old and are showing a lack of regular maintenance. The shower head was ready to burst at the seams and the shower floor was mouldy. All limestone tiles are deteriorating and fixtures and fittings such as the cooking /sink area are run down. Also there is a lack of sunbeds and somewhere comfortable to lay outdoors. During our stay the hot water service burst and was not fixed for 3 days. We did however negotiate a late checkout for this inconvenience.

On the plus side, the villas are located approximately 200m from restaurant Grocer and Grind, 250m to Laksamana Street and 350m to La Lucciola. The staff are excellent and extremely attentive, speaking good english and cooking a good breakfast.

It would be suggested that reasearch is undertaken by anyone reading this as to other options for this value/costs in the area. Of which there are literally 100 within 500m.

Room Tip: One bedroom villa cost USD$270 per night. It would be suggested that reasearch is undertaken by anyone reading this as to other options under a value/costs in the area. Of which there are literally 100 within 500m.

First impression of our one bedroom villa (villa 8) was good- decent sized pool, neat and clean inside and out, great location close to the beach and good restaurants, cold A/C in the bedroom, friendly and helpful staff.
During our stay there were a few minor issues- phone and safe not working properly, front gate left unlocked by housekeeping/maintenance on more than one occasion, not being informed when maintenance needed to be carried out so we often came home to find random ladders/people in the garden, however these issues were dealt with promptly after speaking with the staff at the front desk.
The main problems we had were the weak shower pressure (and the length of time it took for the water to heat up) and the floor in the living area next to the pool was very slippery (my partner actually had a nasty fall on it the 2nd day we were there that left him a bit bruised and battered for the duration of our holiday).
The Nasi Goreng cooked by the chef for breakfast was the best that I ate in Bali this trip! We also went to the in house spa while staying there and thoroughly enjoyed the treatments (full body massage and coconut body scrub). More on the expensive side for body treatments in bali, however you certainly get what you pay for.
Villas are looking a little tired, however have been well maintained. We were advised that the +seaside villas are the older villas out of bvilla +seaside/+spa/+pool, however I would happily stay there again as the location is great.

We stayed at bvilla seaside for 9 nights in march for a group holiday with 6 adults & 2 babies. Bvilla seaside is in an excellent location within walking distance of main eating street. You could walk to the main shopping street of seminyak also but we chose to get a taxi as wheeling the prams down the bumpy streets can be slow going at times! Located right near bodyworks and cool, two of the best spas in seminyak (cool was much cheaper but just as good in my opinion) and grocer & grind - a nice restaurant with good coffee & gourmet groceries. Also very close to the beach and walking distance to the famous Ku De Ta. There is currently a new hotel or something being built across the street so it was a little noisy at times & this was the only downside of the location although it won't be forever.

We firstly stayed in Villa 1 which had three rooms including a separate & very spacious bungalow and two rooms in the main 'house' part with open kitchen/living. One of the two rooms had 2 single beds (which could not be pushed together) so we moved to Villa 2 a couple of days into the trip which had all queen beds. Rooms were reasonably spacious (enough room for us & a cot) and bathrooms were very large although quite leaky and quite hot. The only issue was that there are not really any draws or shelves to unpack in the two rooms (there was in the bungalow) which is not an issue if you are happy to live out of your suitcase. Kitchen was extremely basic with no hot water or cooking utensils however there are hundreds of great restaurants around so not like you need to cook yourself. This as a little bit of an issue for us as we would have liked to have cooked some stuff for the babies however we managed. Living area was pretty standard with a few couch type seats and a large mezzanine upstairs but we did not use this space. The pool was great and used frequently!

What we really liked about bvilla was the service. They moved us to a 3 queen bed villa as soon as they could & gave us 6 complimentary massages at the bvilla spa (amazing by the way!) for the inconvenience. We did have an issue with our pool that meant we could not use it for about 6 hours one day but we were going to waterbom park anyway so did not matter that much. Also thought the villa could have been more thoroughly cleaned each day so that were surfaces being wiped down and floor being cleaned but you can't have it all! The staff were happy to help with any requests we had and went and got beer for us, booked restaurants, dropped us off to places when they could and organized a chef to come in and cook for us one night as well. 'eddie' looked after us for most of our stay and was excellent! They also helped us out with late checkout on our last day as we had a very late flight.

Overall we all thought this villa was excellent value for money. The location and the service means we would definitely go back to this villa on another trip.

Room Tip: Villas 1,2 and 3 are currently the closest to the building works over the street.
