This has been my 4th stay here and it has been wonderful. The staffs are friendly and extremely attentive and accommodative. Rooms are big and I love that the living room is closed so the Mozzies are kept out. Plus it's only a 2 min walk to the beach! I'll definitely be back again. Thanks for the pleasant stay, Akasha!
Stayed with my girl friends at Akasha Villas for 4 nights on August. This villa is located between canggu and seminyak. The public beach is nearby as well as a mini mart across the street. The hog wild bbq restaurant is walking distance from villa as well as some spas and boutique shops. The villa was well maintained and cleaned everyday. Our rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough with adequate closet space and bathroom hooks and shelves. We always came home to cool, clean and turned down beds. I love the attentiveness of the staff. All our requests were attended to with a smile. They were discreet and always courteous. They made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was ok and generous. We tried American breakfast and the nasi goreng. If you like your breakfast warm you should specify a time when you'll really get up and come out so you can appreciate it better. Otherwise the staff will go ahead and prepare them for you and leave on table. As we were a group of 7 it was understandable how they had to prepare in advance and it would get cold by the time we came out. We also tried the in-house spa and also had them call us a spa service from outside once the inhouse was closed. Both were ok, the in house was a bit better. We had our own transport service available for us so we didn't get to try their transport. On our last day we had them prepare for us a seafood bbq in the villa, they even decorated the pool and attended to all our requests. Highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Good things first: Staff is very friendly and helfpful. They make a great job in supporting whatever your plans or wishes are and act quickly, always with a smile. The location is also on the upside if you want to be very near to a beach. The garden was lush and the villas and rooms are quiet spacious.
On the downside: Forget "luxury". The villas show their age and the wear and tear of interiors and furniture is considerable. The everyday cleaning helped, but still, it needs refurbishing. The compound also is of average tidiness with scooters, cars, trashbins etc. decorating the walkways. Due to construction works at the entrance-building there was no lobby / reception desk and no gym. This could have been announced and a discount would have seemed appropriate. Our villa was adjacent to a wall right next to Jl. Batu Belig - a day and night very noisy street. Noisy neighbours (within the compound...) can also make it difficult to find privacy.
So all in all: we had a good time and it was enjoyable but the Akasha Villas do not fully live up to their promise and price.
Stayed here last minute for one night. Very beautiful and clean villas. Freshly cut fruit in the morning readily prepared. Would definitely recommend for visitors, couples, families and groups of friends
