Dear Bonsairivercruise,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your comments, even though you are back to your busy daily routine. Your time with us here at The Amala was definitely too short, and we are already looking forward to the next time we can welcome and pamper you with our services. There is nothing more rewarding for us then welcoming a familiar face back to The Amala. Once again we thank you for your time and we are looking forward to see you in September again.
Sunny greetings from Bali

The staff were fabulous and the overall attention to detail excellent. The Amala is an experience: everything you want is at your fingertips. The whole place is elegant, quiet, composed. We had one small issue and that was with our plunge pool which was running low on water and was slightly over chlorinated but otherwise, the two days we had at the Amala, was perfect.

I would like personally apologize if the pool problem has brought any inconveniences to your stay with us. Because of your feedback it will be very easy for us to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

The masseurs were PHENOMENAL!!!

The team is very nice and friendly.

The breakfast was superb and you would have nice options of fresh food full of flavors.

The only downside is that you will have to leave.

But you will certainly returned.

My husband and I have just had a wonderful 5 day stay in a spa villa. Amala is a small boutique hotel with excellent facilities, helpful, knowledgeable staff with great English and immaculate presentation. We were surprised to find the spa jacuzzi unheated (but it was a perfect plunge pool) and were delighted by the steam room in the shower. The bed was very comfortable (often in Asia can be very firm) and the room layout was well designed. The restaurant was very good and each of our meals was delicious. We found the location perfect for exploring Seminyak - easy 5 min walk to shops, quick taxi to beach or busy Petitenget but private and quiet amid its lush gardens. We recommend highly.

Room Tip: spa villa # 2 was amply spacious and the steam room is a treat.

Dear Belleviewer,
Thank you very much for spending the time to review the Amala. I am very happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay with us and that our services and facilities could reach your high expectations. With the increasing traffic situation around Bali, we are definitely very fortunate with our centered location, that our guest are able to reach shops, restaurant, cafes & the beach by walking is for sure a great advantage.
The Amala Team and myself we truly hope to welcome you back soon again to Bali, to pamper you again.
With best regards from Bali, Madlen Ernest
