“Great find and great value.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2012

We visited the spa based in Trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. They send a car to pick you up from your hotel. On arrival we took a two hour massage, body scrub and flower filled bath. It was all great and the best value for money we have found in Bali so far just $25 AUD per person! You come out feeling two stone lighter! Yasemin Perth WA

“Terrible, will NEVER go to Murano Spa again!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2012

The reason why I decided to try Murano Spa is because of the good reviews + the driver will pick+drop off you up for free at Kuta area. Oh boy, was I wrong.

Firstly, we choose Balinese massage + foot reflexology massage. Even though the price seems 'reasonable', but the massage was BAD. Not enjoyable, painful and rough. It was suppose to be a 'relaxing' massage but Murano Spa Balinese massage was worse than Thai massage.

After the massage, we were told to take a shower to clean/remove the oil from our body. Please note that the couple massage room is an open-air massage room and its very windy. Worst of all, the water header ISN'T working due to bad water pressure, which caused us freeze to death (Note: Windy open-air massage room).

Lastly, they only provide free drop off at Seminyak area. At first, I thought they will drop you off at the same place they pick you up. After the massage, I was told that they are only able to drop me off at Seminyak area. In the end, we've gotta take a taxi back to our hotel at Kuta.

Extremely disappointed with the bad massage and the service I received. Will NEVER go back to Murano Spa again!

“A pleasant surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2012

Located in the middle of nowhere, this spa pleasantly surprises by its interior and service. Guests are picked up and dropped off to their hotels if the booking was made in advance. The music, professional staff and the decoration provide true relaxation of body and mind. Needless to say that the spa is spotlessly clean. We went once for 1 hour massage (around 9 USD) and wanted to return for 2-3 hours treatments, but unfortunately, the spa was fully booked at the time.

“Bonus find on the bumpy road adventure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2012

Whilst staying at a nearby hotel and villa establishment, hubby and I thought that we'd explore the local lanes and roads. We passed this spa a few times, but only had time for the one visit due to our short holiday.

Beyond the outer wall, the inner garden and rooms provided lovely surroundings, quiet efficient service at a very reasonable prices. We would definitely go again!

“Good value, lovely setting and you can book online”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2011

Have several treatments @ Murano Spa- Balinese Boreh is great if your feeling sluggish or have a cold. My 22yr old daughter had the honey bath twice in 10 days and would go again. Hot stone massage very reasonable. They will pick u up if more than one person booking in.
