Apparently the theme park was built by the royal family (as is everything there) and was free for visitors. Some years later it was turned into business and it seems that it is not doing so well. It has only a handful of rides and some of them were closed. But it was still a good fun for a moderate entry fee.

This was obviously a once great attraction that has literally been left to rack and ruin through lack of finance and willingness to make it work. A few low key rides remain open but there are no customers. We went on the Go Karts at 6.00pm and were only the second customers of the day! A very sad and depressing place.

We went with our two daughters, aged 8 & 10.

We went with VERY low expectations and ended up being slightly surprised. Tickets were $10 for 8 rides or $8 for 5 rides.

The whole place is tidy but looking very run down, with many of the playground rides being removed or looking well worn.

But back to the amusement rides....there are the following rides...

For really young children
Merry-go-round
Small rocking pirate ship
Train ride
Caterpillar ride
Small ferris wheel type ride.

For older children
Two types of dodgem cars
Sssslllloooowwww bumper boats
Carnival type shooting game
Segway type scooters
Go-karts (look lots of fun but are away from the rest of the rides).
Peddle boats

Worth noting that on the Sunday we went the rides closed at 6:30pm and 7:30pm (for 30minutes each time) for prayer time. We didn't see any food places within the part but there is a good local food stall across the road, where we got food and drinks for 4 for $20!

Yes it looks like a ghost town but it wasn't as bad as I expected...in my opinion with the rides they have they should market it not as a theme park but more like a traveling carnival (with no extreme rides, but enough for a bit of fun for the kids).

If you're in Brunei and looking for something to do one evening (don't go before 6pm) and looking for something to do then go visit with low expectations and you may be surprised. But don't make a special trip just to see it.

This place has been sold off bit by bit. Sad but thats the truth. Really not worth the trip anymore, its got to rack and ruin. It used to be great, not anymore.

This theme park hardly feels open. You can count the number of visitors in the park. There were a few rides, primarily the carousel and bumper car but that's about it. The only item we enjoyed was the musical water fountain. It's a pity. This theme park has so much potential.
