Sadly the fire damage from 2011 is still very obvious and picnic sites are overgrown/closed down at the start of the route. Best is to drive your car to the Waterfall/Forest trails and then hike from there. A beautiful and magical experience.
Only drawback is that the park doesn't give any info on the length / difficulty rating of the different trails.
