This is a small park, with few large, impressive species. I have visited it many times. Visitors will probably see bontebok, red hartebeest, some zebras and a few other smaller species of antelope. However, the fact that you can walk around anywhere, as there are no large, dangerous predators in the park, enables you to enjoy the vegetation and smaller animals like birds and insects. It is especially enjoyable in the spring, when most of the plants are in flower.
