We came across this place after a stroll down the Somerset west main road, how fantastic.
Not a huge variety however been the four of us three had steak and one had a chicken & prawn curry.

The steaks were perfectly cooked, and came with a choice of side.

Food was fantastic perfectly cooked and very flavoursome.
Wine was very nice and reasonably priced.

Service is also very good and we will be visiting again very soon.

My wife and I went for dinner at the spur of the moment. We tried a few restaurants in the area, but they were fully booked.
Our last try was successful and we were seated in a pleasant position in the eatery.
We got in fairly late so we ordered quickly from our over zealous waiter. ..who was a bit hasty to take our order, but friendly all the same.
Food was great and we enjoyed the impromptu evening completely. ....we will definitely go back. ...

After passing by for several years we tried this restaurant on a December Wednesday night and had a very good meal. The restaurant was very busy with mostly locals which in my mind indicates that it must have a good reputation. The highlight for me was my starter of a trio consisting of springs rolls,a king prawns fried in breadcrumbs and pork belly. My wife particulary enjoyed her main dish of sticky Ginger pork fillet.

All of our food was excellent. I had a sirloin steak perfectly cooked with creamy mashed potato. Jill had a fillet steak with roast vegetables and likewise raved about it.

The kids food was just as good, and 'real' food not cheap kiddies junk. Our son had fillet kebab and our daughter a chicken fillet burger.

The only negatives were the service and minor details which make an experience five star. It was friendly but inattentive. There were a few times we were waiting to order drinks, and empty dishes were not removed. The bread rolls at the start were cold (but very fresh) and the butter hard so difficult to spread.

Overall we were impressed and will visit again. With more attention to small details Henri's could be a perfect 5 stars.
