By far one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The Robertson Small Hotel has gone out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They have thought of every single detail to improve the client experience. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which is worth the extra money if you are looking for a very private experience. If you do go through robertson I recommend you consider booking here.

Took a business party there for supper a month back.Never again. You can view the kitchen from the angle we were sitting at. The one lady working in the kitchen took a spoon and ate out of the dishes using the same spoon each time. This is rated a grand Hotel to visit, think twice. If they cannot even operate hygienic with the food the present to the customers-how clean would the rest be?

Room Tip: I did not make use of the rooms just the Dinner room

This small hotel is an outstanding example of a boutique hotel. We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, fabulous bed linen and generous supply of complimentary goodies (wine, juice, water, sweet night-time treats, etc, etc). We will forever have fond memories of superb canapés before dinner, chats on the “stoep”, strolls through the garden ...

My wife and I spent our 15 wedding anniversary at the hotel this past weekend. What a delightful experience!
From the bubbly delivered to our room when we booked in, up to the absolute surprise seeing that my car was washed when we left, everything was just awesome!
Their attention to detail clearly differentiates them from other similar establishments.
I can highly recommend and will definitely return!

Room Tip: The pool suites are definitely the best option.

Very nice property. The rooms were the most modern of the places that we stayed in on this trip. Spent two nights here. French doors led from our room to our patio/porch which opened directly onto a lap pool. We enjoyed a sundowner and snacks sitting on the patio in the evening with our friends. Large soaking tube in the bathroom plus wonderful shower. Sent my husband's white shirt to the laundry and they didn't charge me because we had slow service in the dining room the night before. Food was good and the dining room very nice. Breakfasts also excellent. Love eating it al fresco.

Beautiful rooms, with attention to detail. Hospitality staff are warm and welcoming. Reuben's restaurant is an amazing experience with the most delicious dinner and breakfast. A must for every traveller!

We celebated our anniversary and were treated to a beautiful gift, which was a nice touch.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking swimming pool is something special to experience
