Very little main stream marketing has been done for this wine estate, but it is definately worth the visit. Alison, the wine manager was a marvel, very attentive, very knowledgable, very pleasant. The Shiraz, biltong and blue cheese pairing is novel and suprising in how these two strong foods compliment and change the character of the wine.
And the location and interior is gorgeous.
There is a intimate and very busy restaurant attached to the tasting room. Reservations are required. We did not know, but will remember to book for next time, the food smelled amazing.
