My wife and I enjoyed the Table d'Hote with wine pairing which was one of the best meals we have ever had. The minced lamb roti in particular was incredible. The meal was visually spectacular, full of interesting combinations of ingredients, textures and tastes and was accompanied by wines we would not necessarily have chosen but complimented the food perfectly. Ryan's compete focus on his cooking does mean that even though you are in his 'kitchen' he seems a little distanced during dinner however as service ended, we saw him relax and as we were the last to leave, stopped for a chat about the area and life in the wine country.Value for money was exceptional. Ryans restaurant manager and a sous-chef were not there on the evening we visited - great job with half staff!
