Returning to visit this week after an absence of a number of years, we were delighted to experience quality, service and cuisine of the highest order. We were immediately transported into the ambience and taste-explosions that we had experienced before. Without doubt, this was the pinnacle of a week-long foodie visit to Franshoek and it's surrounding wine farms.
The attention to detail, presentation and variety of textures and flavours in every dish is sublime.
With the option of every course to be a half-portion, we were able to experience more variety than we normally would and were impressed that each dish maintained equally high standards.
