This has got to be one of the most stunning views from a restaurant in the world. We sat outside and spent the entire duration of our lunch trying to take in the spectacular landscape. The food is also very good but not excellent. But that doesn't matter, the view is what you go for and you won't be disappointed.

We used to go to the Friday night jazz nights which provided you with a 2 course supper and live music all at a realistic price. Now the for 2013 you have to pay a 5 rand cover charge and the menu is a la carte. You may want to try one of the other venues offering supper and entertainment for better value

What a find! We had lunch and did a wine tour and tasting at La Petite Ferme. I am a grape grower in Napa, California and have attended hundreds of winery tours and tastings. John, the owner of La Petite Ferme, conducted one of the best tours and tastings I have ever experienced. He is extremely knowledgable and has a passion for his vineyard, his winery and his wine- which is very good.

Lunch was superb as well- beautifully served and delicious.

Visited on a Friday lunchtime, no reservation, but we were fitted into the bar area.
Enjoyed sitting in the garden drinking wine whilst we waited - what a view!! Food and wine were superb and the setting is just fantastic. You must visit here but book in advance to secure a prime table.
