Cold & raining last night, but Cafe Des Arts (with a lovely wood burning oven) made for a warm & romantic dinner venue. Staff are well trained (knowledge of local wines a plus!) with the manager & chef paying just the right level of attention to their guests.
I selected the seafood curry (delicious) & shared a bread-and-butter desert with my partner.
Menu well priced, but more importantly - the wine list is not overpriced (a bit limited though). Last mentioned is very important for a restaurant located in an area where patrons are familiar with quality wines & their cellar door prices.
We really enjoyed the restaurant & will be back.
