We've been to Wildwood many times over the years, and a continual challenge is finding decent restaurants for dinner. One would think that a vacation destination like this would have many good eating choices but lo, that is simply not the case. Yes, there are a few upscale places with upscale prices, but as far as places with relatively good food at relatively reasonable (albeit "vacation") prices, there are few. Little Italy is one of those places. Our party of eight arrived at 4:45 on Sunday, and there was a half hour wait. (If you are seated by 5, they have an early bird special, but we were too late.) Entrees come with freshly baked bread and family style salad; both we're good. A few of us ordered the lasagna and most finished it completely, which is no mean feat as the portion is somewhat large. My wife is Italian and there is no lasagna that I like as much as hers; but this one comes close. Others ordered other meals which they all enjoyed, and three had to wrap theirs to take leftovers home--again, big portions. As you can imagine, no one had room left to order desert. All in all, Little Italy is a perennial favorite for us, and should be on your list of restaurants to visit while in Wildwood.
