“Decent Food”
Reviewed August 4, 2014

Went here with friends on a Saturday night. The food was good as was the service. It would have been nice to be offered more than one roll before dinner and would have liked Olive Oil instead of butter for the roll. The dining room was not full, but the noise level was very high. The Tuna entree was excellent! The Creme Brulee for dessert was one of the best I have tasted. The prices were a bit high especially for a Jersey shore restaurant.

“Diamond Beach gem”
Reviewed August 1, 2014

We spend our summers in Diamond Beach and visit Marie Nicole's often. Always a great place to have a few drinks or enjoy a nice meal. Our favorite thing to do when it's a small group is to eat at the bar-you can order from either the bar or dinner menu. I'm a big fan of the Veal Milanese, but recently tried the Fusilli Calabrese-great dish, especially if you like a little kick. My husband had the crab and corn chowder (they change up the soups frequently). He said it was the best soup he's ever had. You can't go wrong with the penne Gorgonzola or the filet either. I can't forget to mention the cocktails....they make a great martini. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale dining in the area.

“Just missed the mark”
Reviewed July 28, 2014 via mobile

After not coming here for nearly 20 years, we decide to give Marie Nicoles a shot.

Nice decor and great service started our meal off nicely. appetizers were very good.

Entrees not so much. I ordered the Cowboy Rib Eye and my wife ordered the Filet Mignon, both medium rare. Why we got was a very charred and over cooked ribeye and a nearly raw (still cold on the inside) Filet. I settled on eating the ribeye but the Filet did get sent back. Both steaks were OK but this was truly disappointing.

“AWFUL experience”
Reviewed July 27, 2014 via mobile

We attempted to have dinner at Marie Nicole's with an 8:30 reservation. Our table wasn't ready on time, which would have been fine, but 20 minutes later it still wasn't ready and the unbelievably rude hostess offered no apology and continued to seat people that came in after us without reservations while we continued to wait. When we pointed this out to her and asked about our table she waved us away, so away we went. We will never step foot in that place again.
