We visited here in early June for my cousin's 30th birthday dinner. We were staying as a group in Wildwood for the weekend and wanted something close-by, but a special experience. Jersey Girl did not disappoint!

Although it took us a couple of days for them to call us back regarding our reservation (the weekdays were still the shoulder season), they were able to accommodate our large party and had absolutely no problem adding an additional 4 people to our reservation. They were also very flexible when we were 15 minutes late!

From the moment we arrived, they treated us wonderfully and you can tell the people who work there love what they do. This creates a wonderful dining atmosphere. We all loved our meals - particularly the eggplant crepe appetizer - it was mouthwatering, thin eggplant expertly prepared and melted in your mouth. We also tried the meatball slider appetizer and it was great. Several of us got the veal dish and it was pounded thin and expertly prepared. When we couldn't decide upon a dessert, the waitress was very sweet and ended up bringing out an extra option on the house (P.S. the bread pudding is awesome).

We had a lovely meal that was well-timed with a large group of 13. We'll definitely be back to Jersey Girl when we return to the area in August!

Tired of pizza and sub-standard cheese steaks? This elegant feeling, but casual dress restaurant is a perfect addition to any vacation. It feels better from the decor, leather menus, elegant lighting, soft live jazz guitarist playing in the corner. The food is boarding gourmet and so are the prices. $25-$35 for a plate, $8-$10 for a glass of wine etc. Grouper and stuffed shrimp were great and yes the eggplant appetizer was very good. Maybe not great for little ones, but did offer some kids meals. Expect to spend $100 easily, but it was worth it. Free parking across the street. Maybe best restaurant in Wildwood.

We arrived at The Jersey Girl after 7:30 pm there was no wait and we could get a table sitting outside. They had live music from an acoustic guitar player. The menu was upscale so the prices and drinks were a little more but the quality was outstanding. We took our 2 kids and they both found something immediately that they wanted. The restaurant was accommodating in our request of a kid size portion of linguini and clams. The chicken fingers of the kids menu were much better than the average frozen chicken fingers. They had an eggplant crepe appetizer on the menu that was amazing. We order the crab cake and the pan seared grouper which were both excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a night out with the family.

Decided to eat here based on other reviews during Restaurant week mid June. Appreciated the fact the menu was on the website for restaurant week.

For the first course we tried the Eggplant Crepes and Spanakopita. The Crepes were very good the spanakopita was good but not as tasty as the other. BOTH soups -Tomato Bisque Soup and, Carrot Jasmine Rice Soup were delicious.
For dinner had the Grilled Mojito Hanger Steak and Veal Hunter. We enjoyed both meals - they were done well and the steak was not overcooked.
During restaurant week you also get desserts that we enjoyed.
This place gets an above average for this resort town.
