“Family Fun”
Reviewed July 19, 2010

If you are looking for a fun place to take the family try Wildwood, NJ. I lived 45 minutes away for many years, then moved to the midwest. I have been back a few times since and most recently last week. There are many things to do besides having the widest white sand beach there are amusement piers, water parks, boardwalk pizza and fun. You can stay at one of the hotels or rent a condo in Wildwood Crest. There are many good places to eat even off the boardwalk. You can catch a free movie on the beach at night and it is a short drive to Cape May with its lovely victorian homes, restaurants and shopping.

“Wildwood Boardwalk - fun and entertaining”
Reviewed July 4, 2010

Great way to spend an afternoon and evening. It was clean, busy, fun, wonderful food, amazing thrill rides and great people watching. Fun for shopping as well and good prices on beachwear and tee shirts, gifts and candy.

“Fabulous and Fun Boardwalk”
Reviewed June 26, 2010

The Wildwood Boardwalk is a fun place for all ages. We walked up and down the boardwalk and ate lots of junk food all along the boardwalk. Wonderful shops selling all kinds of stuff like jewelry, t-shirts, and other souvenirs. Plus lots of game rooms that are fun. The Wildwood boardwalk trolley is great and cost $2.50 per person each way. The boardwalk has a good number of restrooms available along the boardwalk and the beach has many port-a-potties. The boardwalk is great for walking by the ocean and lots of entertainment and food and amusement parks and waterparks for the kids. I saw lots of parking lots available for $5 near the boardwalk along Ocean Avenue in Wildwood.

“Still the best place I know”
Reviewed June 24, 2010

As a child, there was no more anticipated summer activity to me then going to the boardwalk summer weekends. I grew up with the old classics like the Gold Nugget, Dracula's Castle, Keystone Kops, Jungle river, Wacky Shak, the Hell Hole, and King Kong flying ride. Only a true boardwalker will blurt out the loved phrase "watch the tram car please". Though the boardwalk has lost some of its luster from the classic loved rides, it still has its pull. Mack's pizza, Curly's fries, waffle icecream sandwhichs, and a new generation of rides. This is still one of the greatest places on earth. Though I now live in GA, I have introuduced Wildwood and Cape May to my Southern wife. Since then, each year we return for our vacation, now sharing the thrill with our kids. My wife now considers Wildwood NJ her second home and would rather go here each year than anywhere. NJ gets a bad wrap sometimes, but the southern shore area is still one of the most magical and beautiful places I have been, and I have traveled the world. Never a mistake coming here unless you don't want to get hooked and never go anywhere else again!!!!

“Best Boardwalk in America!”
Reviewed May 7, 2010

Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!! The world-famous Wildwood Boardwalk draws people from all over- including me. So much to do, after all the years I came to here, I still didn't get around to everything. 3-pier amusment park, surf shops, top-quality eats, souvenirs aplenty, bike rentals, and the TramCar, there's so much to do and see! Wildwood's boardwalk has more features than any of the Jersey shore boardwalks. No wonder why Wildwood is the premier NJ vcation hotspot!
