The Tuesday before Memorial Day we visited the Wildwood Boardwalk. Some shops & restaurants were open but not all. Also the Tram was not yet running (we would have taken it if it had been running). It was quiet there & a nice day to be out for a walk.
There were some of the well known shore stores like Kohr Bros ice cream, and James Salt Water Taffy. We went in James Salt Water Taffy but the store was not as nice as the Fralinger's Salt Water Taffy store in Cape May. There are numerous places selling pizza & lots of stores selling t-shirts. We didn't buy anything while we were there. There wasn't much that interested us there other than being out for a walk with a view of the ocean.
Overall we were disappointed in what the Wildwood Boardwalk had to offer & won't be back. We also paid $5 to park in a nearby parking lot.
