The upside aspects include great new rooms and beds with temperature controlled capabilty and great showers. Also HD small flat screens had a large variety of channels. The new lobby is great for Starbucks in the a.m. Our group had varying degrees of success with the food ordering at breakfast - they seemed very understaffed and disorganized - my meal was fine but a collegauge waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Staff was OK but did not provide a level of knowledge, confidence or service that a property of this brand new look and design may warrant. Noise from highway is strong. Did not need earlpugs but others may want to request rooms away from turnpike.

Stayed here with sports team from Nov.25 - 27, 2011. This is a relatively new hotel and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. Front desk, and especially the bar/restaurant staff, were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. The lobby is bright and open, full of seating areas with a big screen TV and remote. You can feel comfortable sitting here having a drink, etc. Decent pool and hot tub near lobby, and great fire pit area outside and adjacent to the lobby.
I would stay here again if travelling near the Westampton, Fort Dix, Philadelphia (for shopping) area.
Also, easy access to Interstates and other main roads, with some shopping and food places within 5-10 min. walk.

Room Tip: First floor is convenient to in-house amenities, not noisy.

Spanky new Courtyard very conveniently located very near NJ Turnpike Exit 5. So new it might not show up on your GPS. No directional signs (yet) at turnpike exit.

Spacious lobby, bright modern decor. Generously sized rooms with comfortable beds. Free and fast internet. Other amenities too. Restaurant in hotel but many other nearby choices depicted on state of the art touchscreen TV in lobby.

A few negatives and solutions: road noise from turnpike is significant on one side of hotel - with odd numbered rooms. Ask for the quieter side, e.g., even numbered rooms. Also ask to stay away from elevator, very loud and annoying chime every time it opens or closes.

With these caveats this is a good choice for a 1 night stop for families or business travelers.

This is a new Courtyard and the service was excellent. It has an indoor pool and a really nice outdoor firepit. You can even buy bottles of beer at the small Marriott Market. I would highly reccomend this Hotel and have been back to stay a second time. One word of advice, skip the breakfast. The prices are high and all of the food is frozen and microwaved. There are nicer breakfast spots in the area at lower prices.

My family and I went on an extended weekend to NJ to go to Six Flags Great Adventure. We checked in on friday. The hotel is great. It is new, clean, and has nice amenities. it is located between I-295 (NJ) and just off of the NJ Turnpike. It also is at the end of a dead end road, just past two other hotel chains. We checked in around 9:15 PM and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, that we saw every evening that we were there, but I did not get his name. We got in the first room and was impressed by the size and modern decor. Within 15 mins of being there, I saw a stink bug on the wall. I killed it and we thought nothing of it. We went out to dinner, and returned about an hour and a half later. Upon returning, we found 5 to 6 more stink bugs that were caught and killed (burial at sea). We called down to the front desk, and the lady on duty was also very accomodating and promptly moved us to another room. The young man that brought the new keys up, checked the new room for any signs of SB's and said it was SB-free. Needless to say, we found 2-3 more over a couple of days, but nothing like the first room.We even extended our stay another day. The room had a mini-fridge, but wish it had a microwave also. We would stay there again if in the area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors facing the rear of the building for more privacy

Great hotel for business at McGuire AFB. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel opened in May 2011 and still has the "new" feel. As big as Ft Dix/McGuire AFB are, there I didn't find much near the bases. Drive from the hotel to McGuire was about 20 minutes, low traffic roads. Hotel was an easy 30-45 minute drive from PHL. There were several good resturants and shopping nearby. I would definately stay here again.

This hotel is brand new, very convenient to NJ Turnpike and I-295. We stayed on our way to Six Flag Great Adventure, which is about 20 -30 minute drive away. Lobby provided a very upscale feel, but the down to earth, Courtyard service. Checked in late in the evening. Greeted by a friendly woman who got me my room keys and made me aware of all the hotel had to offer, Bistro hours, etc - very friendly. Requested a room on a high floor but none were available and ended up on the 1st floor, one door down from the lobby, which I typically hate. Surprisingly, it was still very quiet. Hotel is secluded enough that outside noise really not an issue. When I reserved online, I requested a pack & play for our infant son, however when we got to the room, it wasn't there. A quick phone call and one arrived and was set up a few mins later. Staff was friendly and apologetic for not having it there upon arrival. Front desk clerk even came by a few mins later to drop off sheets and blanket for it and to apologize for us having to wait. Room was brand new and everything in great condition. My only frustration with my stay was that when we were getting ready to leave (and checking to make sure the kids hadn't left anything behind), I found 2 empty water bottles and an empty Mt. Dew bottle (none of which were ours) against the foot of each of the two beds. Hotel mgmt may want to crack down on housekeeping a little harder to ensure rooms are THOROUGHLY cleaned. Again, not a huge deal since we were talking empty bottles and not something really dirty or gross, but just the principle. Like all Courtyard's, beside the Bistro, there is a 24 hour "Market" which has some snacks and drinks. TGI Friday's right down the road, and if you head a mile or two east, there is a Dunkin Donuts, a Wawa, and some of other food choices. Hotel was convenient, comfortable, and met our goal for the stay. I would stay there again (but check around the floor for bottles when I arrive) :-) Also, ask for some extra towels upon arrival.
