We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I had requested a noon check-in when I made the reservation, hoping to be able to dress for the wedding there, rather than make the two hour drive in our wedding finery. When I called at 9:15 AM to inquire if the early check-in would be possible I was curtly told "I doubt it, we're booked up and check-out is noon" I realize the early check-in was not guaranteed but a nicer reply such as "I'm sorry, it doesn't look like your room will be ready that soon" would have made for a much better initial impression. So we went to the wedding and "tried" to check-in between the ceremony and the reception at about 3:15. Again we were given a very curt reply, "your room won't be ready till 4, check-in is at 4". So we sat in the lobby with other wedding guests also trying to get into rooms that apparently all magically become clean at the stroke of 4PM. At 3:58 we again went to the desk and were finally allowed to check-in. I want to express my appreciation to the staff for so graciously allowing us into our room a full 2 minutes early. Oh wait, by the time we got to our room it was past 4 and so we missed the spectacle of housekeeping staff exiting all rooms at 4 on the nose. As it turned out we were among the luckier guests, as, when the limo arrived at 4:30 to take guests to the reception, many of them still had not been able to check-in. In talking with others at the reception we learned that members of the wedding party had had a similar experience the day before. When we returned that evening looking forward to a restful sleep, we were sorely disappointed. While the rooms are quite nice and the bathroom is well appointed (other than the towel rack IN the shower, who's idea was that!?) the walls are quite thin. We could hear guests talking in the next room and they didn't seem to be talking overly loudly. The doors to the rooms are extremely heavy (I had to pull with two hands and all my weight behind it) and when other guests let them slam shut nearby, they literally shook the walls. That was not the biggest problem, however; that would be the elephant stomping back and forth till well past midnight in the room overhead. I realize that noisy guests are not the fault of the hotel but overall, between that and the snooty attitude, I would think twice, maybe even thrice, before staying here again. Another strike against this hotel is that they don't include breakfast which is unusual for a hotel of this type. The Cracker Barrel across the road has a nice breakfast menu at reasonable prices.

And what is it with rude, noisy guests anyway? I just might make it my mission in life to travel the country and teach hotel etiquette classes, FREE of charge because obviously generations of parents failed to instill basic, common courtesy in their children, as evidenced by the boys dribbling a soccer ball in the hallways at 9AM on a Sunday.

I stayed at this facility almost weekly beginning in September of 2009 through December of 2009 and have been back 3 times since December. Each time I was greeted by staff like I was part of the family....all wanting to know what they could do to help make my stay better. Breakfast is always well cooked and tasty especially the pancakes and I'm not much of a pancake eater. The chef and server are always very pleasant. Since the restaurant has opened there is now no reason to leave the hotel after i return from work. The new in house bartender is very nice and he cooks, too!!
If I ever have to return to the area, I will stay here.

This Hilton Garden Inn just opened July 2009 so it's very new. The staff was friendly and the rooms are just about perfect. The beds are very comfortable. There were 4 of us and we fit comfortably in the room with two double beds. The hotel is right across from the exit, but in the middle of really nothing. That was fine with us because all we wanted is a comfortable night enroute from A to B. We walked in on a Saturday night at 1:30 am and got a room for $120. More expensive than some others but still a reasonable value.

I stayed at the Garden Inn-Westampton because I had be in Atlantic City the next morning and this was the only Hilton hotel available in the area. The hotel is new but it's in the middle of a soybean field. There's a Hampton Inn and a Cracker Barrel next to it but that's about it. You can tell Westampton is a farm community that is finally getting their "big box" stores and other things that will make it a standard suburb. The whole area feels like Indiana or western Pennsylvania.

The hotel is decent. Lobby is nice and the staff is good. I usually don't have a need for hotel staff when traveling for business but they were good. My room, however, had a weird smell. The only way to describe it is "old fruit punch" smell. It was weird. The room was very large but it was so big that the A/C only cooled the area right by the unit. It was running constantly because the room never got to the chosen temperature because the thermostat was all the way across the room. I know it's weird to complain about a room being "too big" but in the case it was annoying. I paid $180.00 for the total one night stay and I thought that was a bit excessive for a Hilton Garden Inn in the middle of nowhere.

It's a decent hotel but next time while traveling through the area I will stay in the Mount Laurel or Cherry Hill areas. There's more around there and the rooms don't smell funky.

We travel to this area a lot and usually stay 15 minutes further south at Homewood Suites and Doubletree... Since this hotel just opened, we decided to give it a try. GREAT CHOICE! The hotel is warm and inviting and the staff is EXCELLENT. It has a very modern feel with LCD TV's, Sleep Number beds, and great bath amenities. The location is great as well, right off of 95 exit 5.
