We stayed the night with our two kids. Everything was very nice. I liked that they was the duvet covers after every guest! Many hotels don't do that! We had the breakfast package. Food was good, but hard to find clean dishes and the juice containers were dirty and juice had setiment in it... so we couldn't have juice. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I have used the hotel for years, since when it first opened. It has all the usual HGI features: clean spacious room, fridge, microwave, well stocked fitness center. However it has something even more welcoming..a staff that is attentive. I am always greeted warmly and by name. The manager and sales director are especially personable and always make me feel welcome. (If things are "tight" on the website, I can call and they will get me a room if at all possible.) This isn't new...this is how they have treated me from the very first visit. The addition of a sports bar immediately adjacent to the hotel is a nice plus as I eat alone and like the multi-screen atmosphere. I guess the true measure is that there are a number of Hilton properities in the area, but if it is within reason of my appointment this is the one I always frequent.

We stayed here during a family get away shopping week-end. Very nice and accomodating to larger family. Loved being near the Cherry Hill mall. Nice quite area. The kids loved the pool hours. Was a little disappointed that there was not a contin. breakfast available. Breakfast had to be purchased and would have cost close to $90 for the family which is price for breakfast. Pillows were not the best but I did complaine about them. Hopefully they will take note and replace them.

Walked in off the street last night because of reviews on trip advisor. Should have known there would be trouble when the front desk person left me standing for several minutes waiting while she answered texts on her cell. Rate was what was on Internet and about 20 more than courtyard down the street. But she said breakfAst was included with hot cooked food. Made up the price diffrence so we took th room.
This might be the best hotel in the area but if that's true move on down the road. Had to ask for more pillows because the ones in the room were old and flat no extras in closet. Bed had a memory foam topper which made us feel like we were caught in a sink hole but the worst was heading down for lunch only go find out breakfast was not included what a bait and switch. Front desk no help. Stay away this hotel sucks!

Exceptional staff with very comfortable and well accommodated rooms. We stayed here as the result of a vehicle break down on the New Jersey Turnpike. The staff at the hotel turned an unfortunate experience into a pleasant night stay.

Stayed at this hotel for business and was once again please with what I have come to expect from the Hilton Garden Inns.

The location is just south of the turnpike and the interstate about 40 minutes from Philadelphia and close to Trenton. Several restaurants in the area as well as an adjacent sports bar (Recovery) are nearby.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the bed is adjustable as all are in the Garden Inns. Great shower and overall an excellent relaxing stay. I have read some previous reviews of this property and must say that my experience was excellent. I will be staying again for other trips but did not have any concerns whatsoever with my stay.

Room Tip: For a few extra dollars you can get a breakfast for two at the hotel, or just across the street is a...

I had stayed twice at the Hilton for work and the first time I stayed they hotel had just opened and what a nightmare.
Checking in was an issue from start to end. I was on business and there checking in process ended with the manager having to come out
The rooms were nice and the hotel over is nice and has a nice seating area outside.
The beds both times were hard, and believe me I turned the knob.
From 5-7 am the fire alarm rang non stop, no one was at the front desk and people were all wondering out the first few times until we were told it was a glitch.
Check out was another issue just to get a receipt but they did accommodate a later check out of 12

Overall it just needs to be more adjusted, I might have visited both times when it was just opened ( a year apart trips)
