My lady went here with a friend. They had a paneer dish and lamb as mains - both very good. A nice spicy garden salad and a chat - each very good. As is often thecase in ethnic restaurants, service was so-so - why is this? Value worth the trip.

Went for lunch with a group of coworkers. We all had thali. Nice sampling. Some different dishes from what I have had before. Eveything was very good. Samosa and mali kofta tasted as good as I have had elsewhere. Will go again.

Tried their lunch buffet. Very bland food. Dessert was not at all good. Tasted rasgulla and Langcha. They were kind of rubbery and had a taste of powder(dessert mix). Maybe the buffet was not good. So I ordered boondi from the menu. That was more disappointing. Samosa and Luchi was too oily. Yes it is different than other Indian restaurant but food is not that tasty, and not completely Bengali food as the name suggests. Most of the dishes are north Indian only few are Bengali dish. Overall in my opinion food is not that great, anyone can cook even better at home. It might be good for Bengali people who don't have time to cook or don't want to cook at home because to them it is just different from other north or south Indian restaurant. But being a Bengali myself I didn't find the dishes tasty. So I won't go there or recommend anybody to waste their money. I would rather go to non Indian restaurant where you can get better food for less money.

The food is out of the world . The ambiance is very nice . Very good North indian food . This is not assembly line stale Chiken Tikka Masala , Mattar Paneer kind of place . Rather every dish had its own distinct flavor . The food was cooked at just the right spice level as per our instruction.

Try the Chefs special coolfi . It was very unique and very good.

Give it a try , you will not be disappointed
